This was my favorite fish jerky on Amazon. Yum! I also tried Kaimana (way too sweet), Alaskas Best (good taste but too dry) and Epic (wet and yucky). I would have liked the peppercorn even more peppery but these were all good!

Amazing flavor, nothing fishy going on here!

This is totally my new favorite afternoon snack! I was searching for high-protein, low sugar snacks that don't require refrigeration and stumbled across this Salmon jerky from Fishpeople. I have bought their soups before so figured I'd give the jerky a try. Let me tell you - I was pleasantly surprised! Delicious flavor, a moist tender texture, and no fishy taste. Also, the pieces were a great size and easy to chew (nothing got stuck in my teeth)! I will definitely try the other flavors now after my great experience with the Sweet & Smoky Original. Yum! And only 3g of sugar per serving to boot!

I’ve never had salmon jerky before so this was an impulse buy. I have had and loved many of Fishpeople’s products and was intrigued to find out they make salmon jerky. And I’m glad they do! The jerky has the perfect amount of sweet and smoky flavors!! It’s resealable packaging makes for the perfect daytime snack and easy to share. My whole family loves jerky so this was a huge win in our house! I also love that the company is sustainable and environmentally conscious. They even have a code on the back of their products where you can find out exactly where the fish you’re consuming came from!

Best Fish Jerky Period

If you're here, you probably want to know the taste. Its 10/10 perfectly juicy and flavorful. I've had them all from jack links salmon jerky (previous favorite) to the tough chew traders joe brand. Fishpeople did things right here. They took the good cuts of meat and left in the moisture so that the bites are tender and filed with smoke flavor. It's expensive, I know. Quality comes at a price and there isn't better quality then this unless you smoke it yourself. If your hesitating, don't.

Delicious product, fast delivery

Used to purchase wild salmon jerky at a store chain known for good products, but they discontinued it. While this brand is a tad more expensive, I love the texture, flavor and wild salmon jerky is my favorite travel and hiking food. And purchasing through Amazon was actually less expensive than buying it direct from the producer, with free delivery from Amazon.

Great Healthy-ish Food to Eat on the Go

I'm hungry every couple hours and i struggle when i'm traveling to find reasonably healthy choices. The form factor of this product is excellent and ideal for traveling. I just keep a bag of jerky in my computer bag and whether i'm on a plane or in a taxi/uber/lift, i have fast access to a meal that gives me great energy to keep going. i found the taste way better than beef jerky (and i like beef jerkey) and the size and packaging are great. I'm a big fan of this product.

A tasty healthy treat

Really nice subtle yet savory flavors; the smokiness is not overpowering. Nice big chunks and long whole cuts of lean meat—you're not getting scrap meat here. Seems to be high quality stuff!
