UPDATE:

This machine works perfectly so far for me, the seller has EXCELLENT customer support even though there is a language barrier. If you get the same issue that is shown in my pictures then it is a software issue with the drivers that run the engraving application. I had to install them to a different drive on my PC and boom problem fixed. My prints move off center halfway through. Can anyone help me fix this issue? I've seen a few negative reviews with the same problem but no solution. The axis are clear and the head can move fully in all directions

Great for the money

This is an initial laser engraver for me, just wanted to see if I really wanted to dabble in this. I absolutely love it! It is easy to setup, easy to use and does a great job. I just wish it had a bigger platform as the objects it can burn are quite small, but extremely detailed. I will upgrade eventually, but if you want something to get you into this hobby, I suggest it as a starter engraver.

Finally got it working...

It wasn't easy to get it going. There was a problem. The way it came it wouldn't power on, even using the red power button. There was only a blinking yellow light. I almost repacked it to send it back. Then I noticed a slide switch buried near the USB connector. Heck, it wasn't working anyway ... Once the switch was moved, the unit would come up and move the motors. Then I had to focus the laser even though the instructions said I shouldn't have to.

It is actually working !!! I did the setup trough my computer and already start using it. The setup was easy, Just follow the instruction . Also did setup with my iPhone, it’s working great and let me do i Engraving of my own pic. Fast shipping , Thanks guys
