Extra help for kitchen

We have been using this Cosori multifunction pressure cooker a couple of times now since we bought. It is very convenience for busy Individual and worry free if handle as instruction in the manual. It is a well built unit and came with a steel pot for easy to clean. Cons: no problem found so far.

A good investment to improve your cooking experience

I just got this item a short time ago so I am still learning about it. So far my experience as been good. I am a vegan and cook a lot of things from scratch. However when I use a conventional pressure cooker I have to "baby sit" it to make sure things turn out right. This device is an improvement. Now I can just load, set it, walk away, come back later and find the food is perfectly cooked and kept warm. The preset buttons are helpful. I use one to make yogurt using soy milk (I've never seen it available in stores) and it comes out perfect. I hope that this pot holds up with regular use. It comes with a 2 year warranty (you have to contact them to get the 2nd year) which is reassuring. Only time will tell.

The most wonderful product I have ever gotten.

I got a Cosori pressure cooker for Christmas! I have been wanting one for a while, opened it up loved the accessories that came with it especially the extra seal. I used it to make Turkey and butter milk dumplings. OH my has my world changed forever. No more lugging out my stove top pressure cooker. I am so looking forward to modifying my current recipes. This one happy momma....

Amazing instant pot with stainless steel insert!!!

This instant pot is amazing! First of all, it's the only pot I've found with a stainless steel pot. I refuse to use non-stick not knowing what chemicals are used in the material. Second, it cooks and keeps things warm like a dream. I make a lot of chicken stock on a regular basis and after one batch in the instant pot, I can't believe I ever used a regular pot on the stove. Six hours in the pot and the stock, and chicken too, blew us all away with its rich, deep flavor. The stainless insert is easy to clean too. I can't wait to try out all of the other features and start using the pressure cooking option.

Delivered on time and in perfect condition. This cooker is well built and easy to use. I've never used a pressure cooker myself and was curious as to how well these programmable products worked. The safety benefits of this cooker were enough to make the purchase. Well worth it! I have used it 3 times with perfect results and no worries. I'm not a chef by any means and never have spent hours in the kitchen. The Cosori site gave an option to sign up for an ADDITIONAL year on the warranty (total - 2 years). Impressive unit

I am really impressed with the removable inner pot. It's very good quality, stainless steel and a nice thick base. It's like a good quality sauce pan. The extra gasket is a nice bonus too and the glass lid makes it usable as a crock pot as well. I will be replacing at least 3 other appliances with this unit.. It seems very user friendly. I had my first dish of rice cooking within 10 minutes of opening the box.

Remember life before a microwave oven? Then you finally bought one and wondered how you ever got along without out one. I'm feeling the same way now. I bought Cosori 6 qt. and tried to make stew in it last night. I did my own thing and put some stuff in it and pressed the stew button. 30Mins came up on the clock so I extended it to 50Mins. Pressed start and away it went. 6-8 mins to build pressure and 50 Mins cook time. so 58mins later I dished it up and sat down and tasted it. The meat fell apart. This took me 8 hours in a crockpot. I was impressed. It actually works as advertised. I recommend it 100%.

easy to use

The programmed actions were well researched. Food cooks amazing well. I thought we would only use the manual setting because we are well versed with a manual pressure cooker but we tried the auto settings and were delighted. Just as a trial we dropped in a whole chicken with some butter, garlic, thyme and lemon juice and pushed the button. When the pressure released it came out very nice, juicy too. Also easy to clean as it comes completely apart.

OMG this thing is huge!

This arrived quickly and seems to be of solid materials. I only ordered the 6 qt, and I'm glad. This thing is monstrously huge, and I have no idea where I'm going to put it. Right now, it's sitting on the stove top like a megalith (think Easter Island or Stonehenge).
