Perfect Replacement for the stock Samsung Remote

With a 6 month year old Berner puppy at home, remotes can quickly become chew toys, as our stock Samsung TV remote did. Not wanting to pay 60 bucks for a replacement that may get destroyed again, I gave this remote a chance and am glad I did. Yes it is not quite as sleek as the stock remote, but I personally and my wife and kid like that all the buttons are physical buttons and not just a seemless spot on the remote you have to press (aka the stock remote's power button). This worked straight out of the package, just popped batteries in it and away we went. Being able to purchase 5 of these for the price of 1 samsung one is amazing. This is almost cheaper than some bully sticks for my pup so she can gladly chew this ;-)

Works right out of the box. Way cheaper than a factory one. This is my second one as my dog chewed the original, and the replacement. I will prob buy another as a back up. Don’t know why dogs like eating these though.

Better than the real deal

Our dog finally chewed out original remote yo pieces and we needed a replacement. I refused to pay $80 for a Samsung brand and this one worked straight out of the box. It needs no syncing. Worth every penny. I have no complaints.

Great, inexpensive alternative

This remote worked perfect for the Samsung TV, and was a great replacement for the OEM remote! Great quality, and all of the functions work identical to the other.

I was skeptical and then pleased.

Will a $12 replacement for a $60 remote even work? Yes it will. I bought his because my kids are always misplacing the paired Bluetooth one. This one is infrared so you can’t use it from another room without direct sight of the television like the OEM one, but that hardly matters. I put batteries in and it worked immediately with both of my Samsung Smart TVs, and replaces the old style remote on the older one. Now menu navigation functions like the newer one excepting that voice recognition commands are absent. Overall I got better than I expected function, so 5 stars on value.

No programming works on the tv right away. Delicious flavor for dogs I guess. :/

These remotes are awesome. No programming needed... they work straight away. My dog has chewed up the first 3 we had... at first we thought we had a short in the tv because the channel was changing and getting louder and then we saw the dog in the backyard chewing on the remote. I guess they taste delicious. So we now have #4 and #5 (decided to keep a backup).

It's a perfect replacement for the factory remote. When the original remote was lost I ordered a replacement and the first one did not have the same button id but worked as well as the factory, then I seen this one and its buttons are the same as factory which I liked. I put batteries in 2 AA. and it worked perfectly
