Fit And Sealed Perfectly

Replaced the bulbs with new in the third brake light / cargo light assembly, followed the directions for installing the new gasket and I am pleased to say that there are no more leaks in the light assembly or inside the cab of my pickup. NOTE: the gasket has adhesive on both sides so if you have to replace a burnt out bulb it may be difficult to remove the light assembly and most certainly will ruin the gasket.

Works but,,,,

Good product but it didn’t stop the leak. My leak was actually coming from the Cab Vents in the rear of the cab. Make sure you know where the leak is actually coming from, which May requiring removing the back seats.

Decent Quality

Followed the instructions and it wasn't difficult...I would recommend having an "Auto Trim Removal Tool Set" on hand for removal of the existing gasket...This fixed a leak that had plagued me for some time now...

Stopped the leak perfect

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 cummins 6.7 Laramie. Just bought it (used) and the damn thing was leaking first heavy rain!!! This thing fit perfect and sealed it up just fine with out silicone (only because I have a camper shell on and didn't want to take it off to have room for silicone). Very impressed with this product!!!

Stopped my leak, for now at least

Had a issue with my third brake light leaking on my 14 ram 2500 and getting into my headliner. It took about 30 minutes to replace the old gasket, mainly took the longest scraping the old gasket off. Just make sure you don't over tighten the screws when you reinstall the light, it will crack the light. Couple of months in and no leaks yet.

Easy installation

Fit perfectly. Easy enough to install. Just have to make sure it’s lined up and you clean all the old adhesive off both light and truck opening. I used a small bead of black caulk on top of mine to prevent and potential water leaks. 👍

Works as described.

Easily installed. Met expectations of sealing light to prevent water drips inside of vehicle. Would recommend to Dodge owners that need to replace the existing gasket.

It fit perfectly on a 07 ram 2500 and resolved the water leak

I used this on a 2007 ram 2500 and it fit perfectly and resolved the water leak. The only downside to this gasket is it has double sided adhesion tape which if/when you need to change a bulb, removing the 3rd brake light assembly again will probably end up damaging this gasket.

Thick and sticky

Much thicker than the seal my aftermarket led light came with. I had water leaking in after a rainstorm through the light area. Haven’t had rain yet since I installed it so I’ll see how it really works next time it rains or I get a good car wash on my truck.

totally fixed the leak

used this product to try to fix a water leak that appeared to be coming from the third brake light on my 2015 Ram 1500. now, after more than very heavy rain storms, there is no leak. was easy to install. hardest part was getting all of the original gasket, which was badly compressed, off. did find some traces of moisture in the roof track so i know that this was the source of the leak. after adhering the new gasket, i coated the sealing surface with a paste silicone. i used syl-glide from NAPA. considering that this completely fixed the leak, i highly recommend it.
