My 4 year old loved this Buzz Lightyear armor!

My 4 year old is a huge Toy Story/ Buzz Lightyear fan so he immediately loved this Buzz helmet and jet pack! My 7 year old nephew loved it too! It fit both age children, but fit the 7 year old better in my opinion. My 30 year old husband could also fit into the helmet- not as well as the children, see photo. However after each wore the armor they complained that it hurt their shoulders so each wore for no more than 15 minutes at a time. But each child kept wanting to put the helmet on over and over- so they liked it! It's bulky and oddly shaped, so not easy to take around Disney, it was too big to fit under stroller. It has two main buttons the one of the side over the ear controls the face visor- lowers the clear face mask. To raise face mask you manually lift it up. And on the chest on the red oval is actually a functional button that makes various noises/phrases. The wings on the jet pack are small not proportional to the whole armor, kind of disappointing. The whole armor is not lightweight, at least 5lbs. My 4 year old gave it 5 stars, lol. It's a cute toy, the kids and passerbys at Disney's Magic Kingdom park thought it was great!

My son is obsessed

My 3 year old son is obsessed with his laser arm. The discs fly really far so keep an eye on them or they will get lost! Great product for a Buzz lover!

A very clever and fun toy

I'm giving this toy a five-star rating mostly because my 3-year-old absolutely loves it. It's a pretty clever design. It's padded for comfort and the visor drops with sound effects and the push of a button (best feature, in my opinion). I also really appreciate that this toy is not obnoxiously loud. The sound effects are subtle which is a big plus. All that said, there are a couple downsides. One is that I don't think it's easy for a small child to strap this on or take it off without adult help. With the armor on, the child cannot see the buckle or easily manipulate it. Also, there is much more purple nylon strap here than is needed for a child. I used a rubber band to fold up the excess strap so that it's not a tripping hazard. It also needs to be put on and taken off slowly so that ears don't get bumped. But everything considered, this toy is a winner. My boy loves it and it's sparking his imagination and encouraging creative play. A lot of thought went into this Buzz armor and it's a hit in my house.

Bought this for my nephew. He is 2.5 and a huge buzz lightyear fan. He loves it. Doesn’t even want to take it off. I didn’t give him the flying disc because I was afraid he would lose them.

My nephew loves it!

I got this for my 4 year old nephew and he loves it! I was surprised at how far the little disks shot out. Pretty cool!
