The best robot from UBTECH!

It is the second robot built by our son. We corrected just a few steps. The robot is very stable, it grabs big light blocks, it is fun to program movements. The company may consider adding some programmable sounds as DASH and DOT have. Or maybe it has sounds already, we just have not played with them yet. Our 7 yo ADHD son was busy and happy a few days building it, we had quiet weekend :) We could definitely help other customers who want this toy built for them :) our son has more fun building it than programming it.

Great learning robo

My 8-year-old son has been asking for a 'real' robot for months now. This one finally met his expectations. I helped him build it and now that it is built, he has having a ball with the remote control and coding lessons. When we take it apart to build a different model, I'm hoping he will need less help. One thing we had to figure out the hard way - the long white thing is a tool to help get tight pieces out when you are taking it apart. This wasn't explicit in the instructions that I saw and I damaged a few pieces trying to use other tools to get them out. Also, the Jimu app can't be loaded to Kindle Fires unless you sideload Google Play.

Cool idea

Great deal on this product, but obviously whoever sold this to us got a better deal and wasn’t smart enough to remove the WalMart Clearance sticker from the front of the box.
