Good quality and perfect size for egg sandwiches
Sturdy and worked well. Kept egg inside without running, perfect size for English muffins (Extra large egg makes thick, McMuffin sized eggs). Easy to use. Just spray lightly with cooking spray. Handle is handy.

McDonald's discontinued the Eggwhite Delight!!
My soul was crushed when I pulled up to my local McDonald's and they told me they discontinued the EggWhite Delight! Do they not realize it was the perfect breakfast sandwich when you added an EXTRA eggwhite to it?!? Although it wasn't a habit to get one at $5.29 a pop it wasn't exactly cheap when I craved it! Determined to fill the void I set out on a quest to find alternatives! Doing a quick search I came upon these babies and have been happy with the results! After a little bit of trial and error I found a technique that seems to work pretty well! 1. As others have mentioned smear a little butter around the inside before use 2. Make sure your pan is clean 3. As you're pouring in the egg press down on the handle and hold it down for a minute or so to ensure nothing leaks out 4. Depending on how much you put in let it cook for a good couple of minutes before messing with it 5. Take a knife and go around the inside of the ring while pulling up on the handle. As long as it's cooked enough it shouldn't be too hard to extract it 6. Take a look at the bottom if it looks good flip it and cook the rest I'm using a flat top griddle (non-stick) and have found that using the middle areas is better for cooking and leakage prevention, but you will have to press down for at least a minute! Now that I have it figured out I can make a BUNCH of homemade EggWhite Delights that are better (organic if you want!) and WAYYYY cheaper! Here's my recipe, grab the good stuff from Whole Foods! Whole wheat english muffins Egg whites Sliced white cheddar Real Canadian bacon OR Turkey based Canadian bacon replacement (Whole Foods has it, really good!) Chopped up spinach (green is good!!) Spices to taste! It's pretty easy to whip up a batch of those for the week, toss them in the fridge. When you're ready to eat toast the muffins, nuke the eggwhites (with or without the cheese depending) and you're ready to NOSH in minutes! So yes, these are great! ENJOY!!!

perfect for normal egg size
This rings are very handy, it can be used for sunny side up eggs, or poached eggs, perfect to make the perfect size for eggs florentines. Need to be ise on a flat surface or the egg will leak a little, I learn this will using them. Also need to be handle carefully because it get hot to the touch.

Perfect!
Ordered 4 rings and love them so much that I re-ordered. Cook once month for a large crowd. The rings work perfect on a hot, greased griddle and we dip them in bacon grease. We make engl. muffin sandwiches W/cheese and bacon or sausage and they are a great hit.

Very, Very nice
These egg rings are just what I needed for fried eggs. My eggs no longer run all over the pan in irregular shapes and/or merge with the other eggs. If you like your eggs over easy, wait until the whites set before flipping, otherwise, cover the pan and lower the flame. In the event some eggwhite seeps out from under the ring, cut it away from the ring, put it back on top of the egg, and no one will be the wiser. Great product!

Spray inside of ring so egg doesn't stick.
I make great egg and cheese muffins for breakfast with this product. It's important to have the pan hot when you put the egg in the ring. Pour it in slowly so the bottom of the ring seals good before you add the rest of the egg. It's not always easy to flip the egg if you don't let the egg cook enough before you flip it. Overall it is a very good product. I am happy with it.

Great addition for my kitchen
These dudes are thick and heavy-not that light, thin and cheap stuff. and really to use (don’t forget to spray with cooking oil) and clean. It’s really nice to be able to fix an egg sandwich at home instead of going out for fast food. I can control the ingredients that go into my food.
