These are strong enough to help me sleep.

These work. I have insomnia, and my doctor prescribed me some melatonin 1%. I felt something with them but not enough. So when my prescription ran out at the same time my doctor was on vacation I ordered these otc, stronger melatonin tabs. These not only have a pleasant raspberry taste, but they're strong enough to help. This time I not only feel something but I feel sleepy. And if I go to bed as soon as these hit I get more hours of sleep than I have for a while. So I continue to take these instead of the ones I get from my doctor.

Easy to take and kid friendly

Arrived quickly and intact, which is different from the previous bottle from a different brand. Kids absolutely loved these, they were easy to take and they had no complaints. They're very particular about taking pills, usually have to get gummies but this was a very pleasant surprise. Seem to be effective too, they woke up feeling refreshed and like they finally got a great night's sleep!

This is what I needed

As a healthcare worker that works 12 long hours at night it is important to get home and get to sleep fast to be on my best and well rested. This is it. I do not feel drowsy and it works quickly. The taste is a refreshing berry and not chalky. I went with 12 mg because I wanted to sleep well and not wake up a few hours later to have to redose. Highly recommend. Better than Ambien

Works Great!

It is quite strong so Ive started using half of a pill per night. They do exactly as intended and kick into effect rather quickly. I am deployed and my sleep hours are always screwed up. These help fall asleep regardless of how crazy my hours get. :D These things are a lifesaver!
