Awesome peeler
I bought this for my husband, who is also my personal chef. He makes his own pizza dough and created my favorite pizza - sourdough crust, pizza sauce, jalapeños, pepperoni, red onion, garlic and green pepper. Yummy! He has a pizza stone and wooden pizza peelers. He was complaining that the wooden peeler doesn't get under the pizza very easily, so when I saw this, I thought it would solve his problem. And I was correct. The stainless steel peeler glides right under the pizza and lifts it up perfectly. My husband is very happy with this peeler.

Sturdy and Folds for Storage
We've recently discovered cauliflower crust pizzas. They come frozen and are cooked directly on the oven shelf. We needed something that would slide under the pizza once it was warmed through and hold it securely until we slid it onto the cutting board. It cleans easily and then folds for compact storage. This pizza peel is perfect for our needs, and we're very happy with our purchase.

Stainless Steel Pizza Peel
I have previously managed without having a Peel, probably because we don't eat many pizzas. But now I am into baking Sour Dough Loaves in an oven at 450F I now consider a Peel to be an essential kitchen tool. It makes sliding something like a dough ball placed on parchment paper so easy to place on to a preheated pizza stone and then safely remove. It is exactly as described.

Awesome for handling pizza!
I used to take tongs to lift up a tiny part of a pizza and try to drag it from the grate to the room temperature stone that I was holding over the glass oven door. Oh, my gosh I can’t believe how much easier this peel makes getting the pizza out of the oven! I thought it would be too small but it is actually a perfect size for many grocery store frozen pizzas. Love that it folds...fits in cabinet. It is stainless steel with no rust or discoloring...very sturdy handle. I choose it for outdoor cooking in the chiminea but haven’t used it for that yet it’s been too hot and humid for cooking out....will try to update. Highly recommend!!

Works Well and Stores Conveniently
I decided early on that I wanted a folding pizza peel, and this one fills the bill. The paddle end is big enough to accommodate the frozen pizzas that we typically buy, and the locking sleeve that fixes the handle in position is secure. When this is not in use (and folded up) we can easily store in at the back of the kitchen counter behind other things where it is out of the way. We use this with a pizza stone in the oven, and with that combination we get good results.

Handle hot pizza with a must have pizza peel.
Love pizza then you need this item to make your life better. You may be a faultless cook, but I am a klutz with a record of hot pizza flipped on to oven doors and once on to the floor (the ten second rule does not work with pizza) so this is a great find.

Perfect size for the pizzas I make, surprisingly heavy and durable!
I recently burned a finger trying to place a pizza in the oven on a rack so I knew I had to get a peel. This is the perfect size, and the foldable handle makes it super easy to store. I was surprised how heavy it is, how easily the handle locks in place, and how stout and solid the lock is for using the peel. Very happy with the quality! Looking forward to burn-free hands on all future pizzas!

What's not to like? Perfect!
I've been looking for a pizza peel for baking Artisan bread. Read hundreds of reviews and watched a number of YouTube videos in my search for a medium size pizza peel in stainless steel. What sold me was the reviews here on Amazon, and especially the space saving folding handle! It is just what I wanted! Easy to clean, easy to store, healthier and durable stainless steel, will last forever... What's not to like? Perfect! Will be using this peel to make pizza soon... just to play with my favorite new toy!

Very sturdy and well made!
I looked all over Amazon for one of these and I’m very happy I chose this one! This is very nice and made very well. The handle has a grip on it so it won’t slide out of your hand. It’s very sturdy. I was able to lift a fully loaded pizza with toppings and it didn’t feel like it was going to give at all. I was impressed! I also love that it folds up and slides easily in my cabinet without taking up much space at all. I highly recommend this!

Pulled thousands of pizza in my time & this is my favorite non commercial oven peel
Super sturdy... didn't think it would be, but it's serious pro grade. The folding thing is nice & super secure... there's nothing flimsy about this bad boy. Folding fits in the lower rack larger than a dinner plate, but smaller than a cookie sheet. I use it in my gas fired pizza oven outside... very secure & easy to handle... unlike the round handle peels I used to use in high school pulling pizzas, those would be all wiggley.. the wide flat handle allows for a positive sure grip. I've made the pizza on this thing before but i'd not recommend it... we make on a wood peel with semolina & put the raw pizza in oven with it... it's larger & we can make nice size pizza... this thing works great to pull the pizza & turn it, & if the pizza is larger, no biggie as long as it's cooked it shouldn't flop over the side. I also turn it over & use as a sort of scraper to scrape the burned semolina & other toppings that jumped ship. Really, really good peel... trust me, I've pulled thousands of pizzas in my time
