Cute new additional to Hatchimal Colleggtibles with special suprise
We have collected a few Hatchimals over the last year. This season is probably my favorite with the revamp on the eggs you hatch to shimmery sea-shells and the color changing of all the little characters. The mermals are also pretty darn cute. It seemed to me that the quality of hatchimals in this season has improved over the season 3 characters we recently opened which had some rough edges and gaps in some of the molds. One of the main highlights with this toy is the opening experience. It is a lot of fun to be surprised by who you find in your eggs. Much to my 5 year-olds delight, most packs seem to include at least one rare, ultra-rare, or limited edition character. A new addition to this series is that the little characters from this series change color in warm water, so that makes them a lot of fun for the bathtub! My only gripe is they sure cost a lot of money for such a tiny little toy, but I guess you're kind of paying for the experience in some ways... My kiddos think they're worth it, so that keeps the rating at 5 stars from us.
