I ordered these to help reduce both the waste and clutter of plastic produce bags. I tried these bags last night when I went for my weekly grocery shop. They hold a good amount of produce and seem to be very durable. I used the self checkout and I was able to see the produce labels through the mesh. The drawstring held everything securely during the drive home. I would highly recommend these bags.

These versatile bags have many uses

These bags are perfect for shopping for veggies and so much more! Having 3 sizes makes them very versatile , and not using bags that are too big or small for purchases. They are also perfect for storing loose items in a drawer. They are a great alternative to plastic bags. The best use is for mothballs. We put a couple in a bag and hang in our garage to keep mice away from our cars. Great item.

Greatest bags yet!!

I am not tryin to sound like some save the trees type of person. But, I do buy a lot of fresh produce and I hate using those plastic bags that you can’t really use any other way. These bags offer me the freedom to buy whatever produce that I want without having to use those plastic bags. I love that they are sealeble with a secure drawstring and made with a washable mesh fabric. There is a tag that lets the register operator know exactly how much the bags weigh so I don’t have to pay for the price of the bag. Please consider buying this product.

Perfect for grocery shopping

I love these bags, I use them for produce. They’re durable enough to carry a lot of apples and the holes are fine enough to carry small foods like nuts and grains. Also easy to clean.

Gogooda mesh bags info...

I mostly use these bags for grocery shopping instead of the flimsy bags that Trader's Joes provides. I like to take my own shopping bags and one of them has a large side pocket, where I can stash these when not in use. I find them easy to use with the drawstring and various sizes. I mostly use the medium, which is 12"x 14"...it holds 9 large oranges or 9 small grapefruits. The large size is useful for larger items, although there are just 3 of those at 12"x 16". There are 3 small bags, sized at 11.5" x 7.5" which I use to store my smaller items like lemons & cukes after I take them out of the manufacture's plastic bags. I have noticed that those English cucumbers which I like, do seem to last longer stored in these bags....can't tell you how many I have had to toss in the compost when they went bad before I could use them! This alone makes the purchase worthwhile to me. Also, usually plastic bags will tear or open up with all the produce rolling loose. These bags have a handy little button lock to prevent that from happening. As, I really don't buy enough to use all the bags, I have started using a few of the medium size to store odd shaped items as I go through my house trying to get it organized. Probably, the only drawback to using them for this, is that the bags are mostly opaque, so that it isn't easy to see what is inside. I am thinking of making some large size labels for those items. With the produce, I just leave the bags open in the fridge, so I can see the items stored easily. I could see that these bags would be really useful to packing small or medium size item when traveling, making packing and unpacking much easier. I got a note from the manufacture of these bags that even if the bags had a problem, that they would take care of it. No problems so far, but I thought that was a nice touch.
