It definitely works!!!

I got mine over a year ago. I had severe tendonitis and both arms. Doctors, chiropractors and physical therapist only helped with the symptoms not the problem. Within 2 weeks I was about 20% better. Very noticeable sensation with the grounding mat

I just got it yesterday so I don't know about the health effects, but I noticed a definite tingling sensation while my bare feet are on the mat and the mat is connected to the grounding receptacle of my electric outlet.
