Nice solid hefty feel to it, looks nice, modern design

Very nice serving fork

This is a excellent serving fork; it has enough weight and strength to hold the largest roast steady while carving and is sharp enough to pierce a thick roast or ham with little effort. Be careful cleaning though as it will pierce your hand as well. That being said simply rinse off and lay it in the dish washer cleans up very nice.

Pasta Twirler

This product is solidly built. Has a good hand feel. Hefty in a good way. My primary reason for purchasing was to twirl pasta to get the desired presentation on the plate. It works perfectly. Have not used it to carve meat, but I can see no reason why it wouldn't hold up admirably.

Great meat fork.

I was looking for a solid fork for moving and cutting large pieces of meat and this thing fits the bill. It has a fairly large comfortable handle, sharp tines, decent length yet doesn't flex at all when picking up heavy roasts and the like. Keeps the meat rock steady when carving. Easy to clean as well. Glad I skipped the stamped steel meat forks and went for this one.

Works great to twirl pasta

I bought this primarily to twirl pasta for serving because I like my food to look good. This did the trick.

A Necessary Utensil

I recently tried to buy a carving fork from several "brick and mortar" stores but in each case I was told that they do NOT carry this item. So, I checked with Amazon and settled on this smart looking tool. Actually, I bought two forks in case I drop one on the floor while preparing a meal, that was merely a sanitary precaution. I am very pleased with high level of quality and the reasonable price.

Worth the cost

This is a nice, sharp, heavy fork that easily penetrates any meat with the strength to lift the heaviest cuts. Great craftsmanship!

Very Sturdy and well worth the price

I use this to pull pot roasts out of the crock pot. I will use it for chickens and turkey's next. It is strong sturdy steal, and not hollow like so many other cheap ones. I am thinking of buying a second one because I like it so much!

Excellent purchase!!

We’ve been looking for a carving fork - we found most were flimsy or cheaply made. This was an excellent buy. Very heavy duty, pierces meat easily and very durable. While I probably wouldn’t attempt it - I’m sure this fork would easily lift a 20 pound turkey and not bend.
