8 year old loves legos and this one was fun for him too.

It little pricey but floats

This is a little pricey for what you get, not a lot of pieces. But it floats and that makes it useful for kids who want to play during bath time. There are not a lot of lego boat choices that float.

Yet another fun set from Lego.

Really cool set

My son loved this set. He really loved the slices of watermelon. Just the little details that sets Lego apart. Was the first set he put together by himself. Boosted his confidence with building. The accessories are cool and details on the set are amazing. Definitely get this while it’s still inexpensive, and don’t wait until it’s retired and costs 2x+

Great hit with our 5 year old

We were looking for an affordable LEGO boat set. This set was perfect. Our 5 year old had no problems putting it together and was very pleased with the assembled product. It also holds together very well as he ‘drives’ it around the living room. Would highly recommend it to other young builders.

It floats, but not very well

I got this to play with in the tub. However, when fully loaded with the two divers, there is very little freeboard. A small wave can easily capsize this vessel. The ballast tank fills at the bow and ends up making the vessel heavier. It is easy to drain. It will often list to one side even in calm waters.

My boys Love it!

Was easy and fun to put together. My boys love playing with the boat well after it's been made. Thanks LEGO !I even got this as a gift for their friends birthday.

Grandsons loved it

Gift for 3 grandsons to give them something to do in the evenings on a family beach vacation. All gifts had an ocean theme. :) This and the other ocean themed Lego kits were a big hit with the 3 through 8 year olds.

Good

Legos are always going to be expensive but my kids love putting them together. My 6 year old daughter got this for Easter to add to her aquarium she built out of magnets.

Worth the price

Great price for a Lego kit that is fairly large.
