• Nema17 Stepper Dampers are used to decrease noise and resonance in your CNC and 3D Printer, eliminating vibration and effectively improving 3D printing quality
  • Each package contains 12 pieces screws for you to use, enough for you to use and can provide a lot convenience in the process of using
  • 1 Damper used per Stepper or Electric motor
  • 3D Printers see a 5-10dB reduction in noise when used on X and Y Axis steppers with the vibration damper for nema 17
  • Works on both Cartesian and Delta style Additive Manufacturing machines such as CR-10 Pair these with good filament for the best results in your 3D printer and remove vibration and noise

They work well enough to isolate my 3d printer, I used them on both the X and the Y axis, and I plan on making the mods for the Z at some point, It dramatically quieted things.

Worked on my CR-10S5 Made it super quiet you only need them on X,Y axis

Motors are nearly silent, like 40% or more quieter. Prints have less ringing/echoing. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Excellent product. Here is a list of what makes them 5 stars. 1. What I received in delivery was identical to the product photos. 2. The painted finish makes them nicer than those sold by other sellers. 3. The screws supplied were machined well and great quality. 4. Worked as is with no modification, where as some versions from different sellers come with a couple bumps that have to be filed off before you can install. Other thoughts: I installed them on x and y stepper motors on my Creality Ender 3. The noise reduction is nothing short of amazing. I think I'll put the third one on the extruder to reduce noise on retractions. I'm very happy with this purchase

Very easy to install. The stepper motors are completely silent now. Downside of that is the fan noise is even more irritating now. and I miss the music stepper motors used to make when printing round shapes ;-)

Bought these for my Ender 3. - Easy install - Came with necessary screws - Big difference in sound reduction I only installed on the X/Y axes since those two run at higher speeds causing the high pitch noise. The Z axes hardly moves so it didn't seem worth the effort for something that probably would have made little to no difference. My fan on the extruder is now louder, so next step is to replace it. For newer Ender 3 models, you will need a pulley puller to adjust the offset of the pulleys. I recommend purchasing timing pulleys that can be set with set screws. This way you can remove the originals and then adjust more easily with the new timing pulleys.

but seriously, worked better than I would have credited. My custom delta printer made noises like cats fighting when printing - overnight print jobs were causing stress. I put these babies on all three axes and the difference was remarkable. I will now be able to run overnight jobs in blissful peace. If you are thinking about adding these to your printer, do it! You will not regret it.

Using this product on the Ender 3 requires some modificationa to the overall machine depending on where you use them.

I bought and installed these as I build my printer. If it was already build I could see a lot of time taking it apart to install. No issues installing and printer is nice and quiet.

These are the sleekest motor dampers I've ever seen. I have a print farm with 20 printers, I've ordered many different types of motor dampers... These surpass them all by a massive margin. Best quality stepper dampers I have ever seen. Highly recommend. I will purchase more as needed. I just wish there was an option to by more at a better cost (say 12 dampers or more)
