They are thin and light, but length and width are perfect for turbans and other headwrap styles. I got the warm autumn colors and I feel like the complement my complexion very well. For bigger topknots and just for headwraps that you're wearing when you're going out and want to look cute, I would recommend putting another scarf underneath so your braids or your 2 week old twists dont show. (we've all done it. It's okay. lol) The ends are frayed, so beware. I think they are long enough for my hijabi sisters, but like I said, wear a scarf underneath so your hair doesnt show if you are wanting to use this as a hijab.

Soft, breathable, light.

Ordered the gray/dark purple/light green; Green looks like jade (my daughter said cyan) and the light gray looks like taupe I’m some lighting. All colors I am very happy with. My purpose is to wear them as scarf buns during the summer months in Mn. So I need scarfs that are light weight, breathable and long to achieve my look. This covers all my requirements. They are really soft to the touch, so I will be washing on the delicate cycle or just on hand then line dry. Coming out the package (double package for me) two had a “storage” smell, but it was very faint. I left it out over night and the scent was gone next day. With any scarf I have a risk of sliding, so o already plan on pinning. I’ve already ordered more colors. 😊

Best light weight scarfs

I ordered these as I like to wear scarfs all winter long, even in the house. These are so soft and warm, but not scratchy and hot! Exactly what I wanted.

Very soft

I was pleasantly surprised how soft these scarves are. They are also long enough to be worn as hijabs. The colors are beautiful and true to the picture advertised. I can wrap them around enough to have good coverage. They can be worn during any season. I am sure they would be lovely and warm worn around the neck as well. I am glad I have purchased these and I see myself purchasing different colors in the future.

Perfect for my head wraps.

Soft and versatile

I recently cut off all my hair and I had A LOT of hair. It became unexpectedly cold where I live and needed something to keep my freshly bald head warm. I bought these because they’re hemp and come in a variety of colors. They’re very soft on my scalp and though my head isn’t large they wrap easily fits around my head multiple ways and could have fit around all of my hair. They’re great quality and I expect them to last a long time.

Works great for headscarves, handle with care

I bought the navy, maroon, and olive green three pack and they are all quite lovely. The colors are beautiful in person, they are lightweight and versatile for use as headscarves, not very slippery, and very comfortable to wear. My only complaint is that you need to be VERY careful with them because they can snag very easily. I accidentally caught a necklace on one while wearing it as a turban and will never combine the two again. That said, I wash they either by hand or only with other scarves on the most delicate cycle available then hang them on a rack to dry. So far so good.
