Great shoes for tough boys!

I bought two pair of these for my two sons. One got the red and the other got the gray. My oldest, now 13, has always been especially hard on his shoes and tears them up within months. We have had these a few months and they still look pretty much brand new. Their feet don't get wet if they splash around in small puddles. My oldest did take out his insoles one day so apparently they can be removed. He put them back in when it was time to wear the shoes again. No complaints here.

I ordered these last minute for my son's school camping ...

I ordered these last minute for my son's school camping trip. We live in the Redwoods and it had been raining the entire week leading up to the trip. He said that his feet stayed dry the entire time.

Doesn't have to be name brand to be a good product.

I'll be honest. My son has had a few people take notice that these are off brand. Guess what? I couldn't care less because these fit perfectly, have better arch support than anything we've ever tried (my son has posterior tibial tendon disorder), and they are lasting longer than any other shoes we've bought. He usually tears them right up because his feet sit at awkward angles, but these are still in great condition after a couple of months. They also look very nice despite the odd name across the front. I would recommend these to literally anyone with a young boy.

These are very high quality shoes!

I'm back to update my prior review (still copied below in its original form). These shoes are GREAT. They still look basically brand new and my little boys plays hard. His school has him outside 2 -3 times per day and honestly they show no wear. My only complaint is that they don't come in smaller sizes for my younger child - Please make them in smaller sizes, too! So far we really like these shoes. I have no complaints and neither does my child, but am only giving four stars as we don't know yet how long they will last. My child plays hard and simply destroys his shoes. These seem to be a good mix of sturdy and comfortable. He can run around and climb trees in them, but that solid rubber sole will keep the mud out and protect the toe. If they hold up well I will come back and up my review to 5 star (if I remember).

Great shoes for my 8 year old!

My 8 year old son loves these shoes! I bought it for him to start 3rd grade since he is growing so fast and his feet are growing like weeds! These shoes fit him comfortably and he even said it made him run faster which I think it means it’s comfortable on him...Lol. He has no problems getting them on and off... very easy for him. Really vibrant colors. He did mention he can feel his pinky toe touch the shoe but it doesn’t bother him. For reference, He’s very big for an 8 year old. He’s 4’11” and weighs 98 pounds. He wears husky sizes and I bought him a big kid size 7. I highly recommend these shoes! They arrived very fast too.

Good quality and no breaking in needed.

Fit perfectly and were comfortable immediately. My son wore them for a 4-hour hike in the woods right out of the box (without socks) and was very pleased with them.

Good outdoor shoes

I got these for my four year old who goes to outdoor preschool. They go outside everyday no matter the weather. When we got these he was floating around a little kids size 11 but I knew he would soon grow so I got 12s. The way they are designed makes them fit well even if they are a bit big. He has never complained about them and can get them on and off easily by himself. So far they have held up well, I expect them to last the school year and summer. Would buy again.

Great Shoes for a Boy!

My son is really hard on shoes. We bought these in an attempt to find ones he wouldn't wear out before he needed another pair. These did not disappoint! Durable construction and great for all the outside running around our son does. We just purchased another pair to replace the pair he has outgrown. Highly recommend!

Perfect fit

These are so cute and great quality. Excellent amount of grip on the bottom, as we purchased these for our 4 year old to hike in. He wants to wear them everywhere. Our 4 year old is just starting to wear a size 10 in toddler sizes for shoes, we ordered the smallest size and he has a bit of room to grow, comfortable, not sloppy. Great quality shoe.

Great outdoor shoes

Bought this shoes for my grandson and he loves them! They are very sporty and the sole is designed for added traction. So far they have been holding up as expected. They have the velcro strap which kids love.
