Great Product

I received the Bluetooth device today and I'm very happy with it. I have a iPhone 7+ and it works great with my phone. I can literally set my phone down and walk the hole 2 story house and not loose signal. I love that its a clean white and black headset so not only is it good its stylish. I'm not disappointed at all.

media volume low - great customer service.

I tried these on my S9, my boyfriends Iphone, and my sons LG the media volume is very low. I have to turn it up very high to hear anything. I did like the call volume. I will keep these as a back up to my regular headphones. Edit: I came to change my review because Cloris contacted me quickly and offered a new headset. It was a kind and completely surprising gesture from the company. The company acknowledged the product may have been damaged and offered a quick solution. I am impressed.

Definitely worth a try

Not very loud but work great. I’m super picky and so far for the price these have the best battery life and I listen to music and take calls allll day and it NEVER dies. As do all thing these will break over time. The ratcheting for the cords is my favorite part of this design. I’m currently on my 3rd set of these and will continue to buy them. (I work in a shop so I can be rough with electronics)

Very good product. Would buy again

Its the only Bluetooth headset that is actually long range. I can walk around my shop at work and leave my phone on my toolbox. No lag or sound defects when I walk away. Very strong and durable. My old headset was very flimsy and weak.

Worth your Money!!!

I have owned 4 of these headsets over the past 4 years, and each one has been upgraded from the last one i had. they do a good job of making it better! My Headsets really take a beating. I will get right into the pros and cons. Pros: Long battery life! (about 50 hours) Really good quality for your money (Good Bass) Light weight but durable (have only broke one pair but taped back together Worked for another 3 months) Good Range (up to 60 feet for sure) Easy Controls Retracting Buds. easily long enough wires so not taunt cords. and when not using one bud it doesn't get in your way. Good Noise cancellation (really Noisy machinery i recommend also using earmuffs) Cons The Weakest part of these are where the wire goes into the bud. This is why all of my pairs have quit. Normally the one of the left goes out first. Being careful when you rewind the buds makes a BIG difference in how they last. It can be annoying how often it says not connected and low battery. if you keep them charged and connected its not a bother. These have been my favorite pair of earbuds since i got them the first time. I use them in noisy places a lot, but if i want extremely good quality i get a good pair of corded headphones. My opinion is you can't get a better pair of bluetooth earbuds for the money.

Works really good

Bought for my son to use for his homeschool video streaming. Has helped him be able to hear it alot better.

Has the features of a $170 LG...

I am an Audible addict. Just walking down the hall, I start up a story. So, a bluetooth is always in my ear. Which also means I go through them faster than most people. My last LG crapped out on me, and I ran to Best Buy to get another. When they didn't have an LG (which was my standard), I chose a Sony for close to $100 and hated it. After a couple of months of struggling to like it, I got so frustrated, I bought this one. How bad could it be at this price point? For comparison, I have not seen a retractable earpiece except for the $170 LG version. I love this feature because you don't have strings hanging down. The reason I go through bluetooths is those hanging lines get snagged. This headset is thicker than most, but not any heavier. I used to hide my LGs under the color of my shirt, which doesn't work as well with this headset. I like that it folds. Sometimes I forget about the thing around my neck when going into a meeting or something. Folding it makes it easier to fit into a pocket on my backpack. I can't find anything negative to say about this product. I'd expect to pay more for it, but probably would not have taken the risk for a non-brand if it were more expensive. Oh, it is not "water resistant" like the $170 LG I'm comparing it to.

Actually Impressed

Actually quite impressed for the money paid on these. Sound quality is good, doesn't shift to one side even during heavy movement. I can see where they might've saved a bit of money in design; the cord to the ear pieces is very thin and the rubber seal covering the charge port feels like it might tear off if you're not careful. But with any electronic you SHOULD be careful. These should last a long time with proper care.

Great desig

The foldable and reractable design is great! It offers plenty of conveniences comparing to my previous headsets. I can easily folder the headset and put it almost anywhere without worrying that the cable s would break. It is also easy to pair and the Bluetooth connection is pretty stable. The battery life is satisfactory to me. Overall, this is a nice little headset.

Good quality, fair price.

I did a lot of research on this style bluetooth, mostly comparing the LG tone (pro and ultra.) The reviews were mixed and I was unsure of spending $80-$120 on this style. This headset has all the same features, as the LG with a 1/3rd the cost. I have only had them a few days but so far they are very reasonable for the price. Ear buds are fairly comfortable, the sound is deeper then expected for a bluetooth headset but very good. The battery life is considerably longer then the LG but time will tell if that's true or just a gimmick. This supports 2 bluetooth devices. The fact these will fold up is convenient the LG does not. If you are unsure of buying these it's worth it just to try before you spend close to $100 on a name brand. As I have used these more I have found the noise cancelling works very well. I have to work next to a compressor and with both ear buds in you can hear the audio over the compressor. The battery has stated 90% since I first synced the device with no change, its been days. I'm not sure if that's a product issue or the battery really lasts for 300hrs. The volume can get impressively loud as well. I suppose that is strictly opinion, i have partial hearing loss and if you do not situate the ear buds in your ear properly they will sound muffled. As this gets more use over time and variety of situations this Review may be updated. I'm very picky with electronics and I'm Extremely impressed.
