I bought this game for my son who is turning 4 this December and it turned out to be a great memory game for the whole family to play! We had so much fun playing this game for hours every night, Huge the Hippo became part of our evening every night. I must admit, even I as an adult thought it was a fun memory game and it was amazing to see my little boy grow and expand his memory skills while giggling his behind off. It was very easy to set up and clean up. Instructions are very easy to read. I recommend starting off with two objections and working your way up to more. I highly recommend this product. I think it makes a fun and neat gift for a birthday or even the holidays!

My toddler boys love the Uh Oh Hippo game! It comes with several game pieces to place in the hippo's mouth. My 4 year old is still learning and we work together to figure out what is missing, but he is getting better each time we play it. His younger brother is also very curious about it and loves to watch us play. This game is a good educational tool!

My 4 year old is really into playing memory games lately so I knew this would be a big hit with her and I was right! The hippo is so cute and it is very durable and high quality. The munchies are pretty small so we always make sure to put everything away and only play with this game when my 2 year old is napping so she doesn’t try to put anything in her mouth. The hippo is designed very well and it is cute on how the munchies pop out of the bird on the hippo’s tail. I love how the instruction guide includes some different ways to play it to make it more challenging as they get better at playing. This is such an unique and fun way to master memory skills! I will definitely be adding this game to my go to birthday presents for other kids’ birthday presents!

Its fun and help develop kid’s and adult memory skill. Played it with my son and actually lost haha. His only 5 years old.

My four year old loves pushing the bird to see what comes out. We simplify the game by placing fewer munchies in the hippos mouth. My 8 year old is having fun playing also with the mouth full for more of a challenge. Fun toy!

I got this game for my preschool class and they loved it! They really concentrated on the objects inside Hugo’s Mouth and if they were very confident on their guess they got to push down on Gary’s (the bird) head to see if they were right! The game seems to be made high quality like their other games, however this isn’t a game I would leave out for my students to play unattended for fear of them being rough and jamming Hugo’s mouth. Overall though, my students really enjoyed the game and it worked well for us!

My daughter loves Uh-Oh Hippo! It’s a fun memory game where you place eight game pieces in the hippos mouth and close his mouth then try to determine which piece is missing. To find out which piece is missing you press on Gary, the bird on the tail. It has kept my daughter occupied since we got it and she loves playing it.

As a preschool teacher, I have played a variation of this game with my students by hiding objects under a blanket, taking one away, and seeing if the children could figure out which one was missing. It was exciting to see that Uh-Oh Hippo is the same idea. My daughter has really enjoyed playing this game. She loves to select the pieces that will go into the hippo's mouth and then try to figure out which one has been "eaten." Regardless of whether she gets it correct, she gets a kick out of pulling Gary the bird (located on Hugo the Hippo's tail) to reveal the answer. This is a great way to strengthen memory skills in young children (and even parents!).

Christian got to test the game Uh Oh Hippo. He LOVES it! It's a great way to test his memory and is silly along the way. The aim of the game is to determine which piece the hippo ate when it closed its mouth. Players get to select 8 pieces to set into separate compartments in the hippo's mouth. Pieces include items such as a toaster, fish bones, and underwear (which Christian found to be hysterical haha) Players attempt to memorize the pieces and then close the hippo's mouth. The pieces spin and the hippo randomly "eats" one. Upon opening the hippo's mouth, players are tasked with remembering which piece is missing. After guessing, players get to see which piece was eaten by pressing the bird seated on the back of the hippo, causing the piece to come out of the hippo's backside. Not surprisingly, Christian thinks this is hilarious. As a parent, I have been impressed with how well this game has held his attention; we have played it several times since getting it on Sunday. I like that there is minimal packaging, and the bag containing the small pieces is reusable. The game is ready to go right out of the box and the directions were clear and well written. He enjoyed playing so much that he invited daddy to give it a try with him. It is a great memory game that keeps him engaged, and his giggles are infectious!
