Works Fantastic with PD Fast Charging & Great Build Quality
I've been using this with an iClevef 30w PD Charger and it works fanastic! Charges my iPhone X super fast! As for older iPhones (such as the 6s), the most I’ve seen it pull is 7w. The cable is very thicc and sturdy, however it’s too short. I ain’t taking a star off for that since that’s what the item is for, but I really hope a 6ft version comes out soon. I’ve been buying 6ft Anker cables for about year so far and I’ve really enjoyed that size. I asked their customer service and they have no idea when a 6ft version will come out. I hope it’s soon though! TL;DR: This cable has fantastic build quality, is blessed by Apple, and works with PD Fast Chargers on supported iPhones. It’s also cheaper than Apple's official cable. Definitely worth the price. However if you’re used to 6ft, this will be too small for you. UPDATE (03/16/19): I bought a USB-C Extension as this cable was just too short for me and I decided to test to see if Fast Charging worked. I can confirm fast charging does indeed work with a USB-C Extension cable plugged into this! This will satisfy me for now while I wait for a 6ft version!

Works perfectly - wish it was longer
Great quality cable that feels more durable than the OEM Apple model. The only possible downside is the cable length - I wish it were 6 feet for some added flexibility around the house. I would recommend this cable for anybody needing to connect their iPhone to a Macbook or other Apple device.

Solid cable alternative to the Apple branded version
I had been waiting a while for Anker to release their lightning to USB-C cables. So happy they finally have! The cable is solid Anker quality and definitely seems to be more durable than the Apple cable. It’s a slight bit thicker than the Apple one and the ends seem to be sturdier as well. The cable charged my iPhone without any issues connected to both Anker USB-C chargers that I have. USB-C charging it much faster than the older chargers supplied with the iPhones. I usually charge when I hit the red, 20% left, and its either full or very close in about an hour. So far, another solid cable from Anker! Will most likely buy more as I acquire more devices that can take advantage of USB-C! I do wish the cables were a couple of bucks cheaper tho.

Anker regular lighting vs type c 2 lighting
Well , type c to lighting cable looks more thicker than regular one. Since it comes with lifetime warranty, yes! It’s a no brainer cable you should go with!

Works as promised! Cable DOES fast charge iPhones. Only enabled at lower battery levels.
I purchased the below Anker products to get fast charging for my iPhone Xs Max. I'm writing this review after I performed a few different tests. As soon as I received my 5-port charger, I connected the USB-C to Lightning cable and was expecting to hear a double-beep. I didn't, nor did I see any notification that my iPhone was fast charging. I started doing some research and decided to download an iOS app called "Amperes Lite" which shows you the current status of battery charging on your iOS device. Test 1: I connected a standard USB to Lightning cable. Max wattage was 9.52. My battery level was already at 90% when I started this test. Test 2: I connected the NEW Anker USB-C to Lightning cable. The max wattage was still 9.52. The battery level was still at 90%. This is when I was expecting a double-beep or some notification stating that my iPhone was fast charging. But nothing. So I hit up the internet. Basically, it seems that any Apple device that supports fast charging ONLY does so when the battery level is really low. Not only this but fast charging continues till about 75% full then slows down. At this point, I decided to drain my battery and try again later. Test 3: With the battery now below 20%. I then connected the Anker USB-C to lighting cable to the PD port on the 5-Port and ran the test again on my app. SUCCESS. The results showed a max charge rate of 14.28 watts. I don't know what all this means but I do know that my battery was around 10-15% when I connected the charger. I went to brush my teeth, get ready for some meetings and when I came back about 30 minutes later, my battery was near 80% charged. So there you have it. It does work but you might not hear a double-beep or see some screen notification. By the way, I also confirmed this with the car charger connected to the PD port. - Charger: Anker 60W 5-Port Desktop Charger with One 30W Power Delivery Port - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B072K5ZJXF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Car Charger: Anker USB C Car Charger, 30W 5.4A 2-Port Type C Compact Car Charger with 18W Power Delivery - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GZ78R6D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Cables: Anker USB-C to Lightning Cable [3ft Apple MFi Certified] - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H24PJGP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Excellent Cable for Fast Charging the iPhone X
I like this cable a lot. I've only had it two weeks, so we'll see how it holds up over time, but it looks stronger than most cables of its type. It's much thicker and stouter than cable sold by Apple. One huge benefit of the thicker cable is that is less snaky than most cables so it doesn't get tangled up like all of the others. I wanted a cable that would fast charge my iPhone X. Also, I wanted it in black to blend in with the black interior of my car. This cable performs both functions well. For my iPhone X, using this cable in the car and the Ainope PD 3.0 Car Adapter, I had about an 11W charge rate which is more than twice the standard 5w USB rate. At home, with the Anker PowerPort II charger, about 12W average. Charging rates are very similar to the Apple USB-C cable. I measured them both.

Works well, seems to handle USB-PD well, watch voltages
Cable material quality seems good, certainly thicker than the equivalent USB-A to Lightning cables but still pretty flexible. Certainly much more durable than any Apple cable I've used in the past. I tested this with 3 USB-PD chargers: - Aukey 18W charger: Charged at 12V, charger supports 5V/9V/12V - Anker hub with a USB-C PD port: Charged at 15V, charger supports 5V/9V/15V - Macbook 61W USB-C charger: Charged at 9V, charger supports 5.2V / 9V / 20.3V This was with an iPad Pro 10.5 - from this testing it looks like the fastest charging is going to be from a USB-PD charger that supports 15V charging (which at least the Macbook charger I tested didn't), so keep the voltages in mind when selecting a power brick, the highest wattage charger isn't necessarily going to give you the faster overall charging speed.

Finally a durable option
I've used the Apple USB-C -> Lightning daily for the last few years. That cable started to yellow and would disconnect when I moved my phone around. This would be became extremely annoying while I needed it to be connected to my Mac when developing. The Anker cable is noticeably more durable and I'm really excited to have it part of my set of tools.

Great cable, however why did Anker quiteley remove
This product was just released a couple of weeks ago and suddenly it has been pulled from their website and nolonger available on Amazon. Was there a problem we should know about?

Very Nice cable
Had issues with Apple Car play working in my truck while I had a USB with music plugged in. I heard about this cable through one of the forums I belong to and figured I would try it. As soon as I plugged it in, it worked. Now I can have my USB with over 2,000 songs and Apple Car play working at the same time. This cable is awesome. It is a little stiff, but I like that in that it doesn't bend too much.
