Are they 12X24 or 10X24?

The seller appears to have done a great job in sending and providing the product. However I hesitated as to whether or not click no for "item described by the seller" or give them 4 stars for their rating. I mention this because I am not able to determine if the optical power of the binoculars are indeed 12 power. I have come to this conclusion because there appears to be no detectable difference between these 12X24 binoculars when compared to two other 10X24 binoculars that I own. I am in no way an optics expert and merely reporting my personal experience. With that being said, I find that the binoculars work quite well and provide a clear image. They appear to do a great job for their intended use and price. Just be aware that in my opinion they may, in actuality, be only 10X24 binoculars.

Exactly what I was hoping for

I always want a set of lightweight binoculars around for hiking and vacations. The last replacements were awful. I'm glad I decided to get these to replace.

Good size and weight

I got this for a boat trip to see whales and dolphins. This was a good size and weight for my 4 year old. It was easy for him to adjust the focus of the lenses. The straps were easy to put on, although I wished it had safety detach straps. All-in-all we had a good time taking turns using these binoculars.

Great binoculars!

These binoculars work great! Easy to adjust and and see great distance much better quality than expected! They came with a nice cord to put around your neck and also a cleaning cloth for the lenses. They have a nice case to keep them all in. I plan on putting them in the RV and using them with the kids while camping to watch birds. Thank you.

Great low light sight picture.

Great for night vision, I use these for night viewing and when I am at the range. With their multi coated lens the sight picture is clear and distortion free they make a nice choice for all around viewing. I would recommend these to anyone on a budget looking for a good all around set of binos.

Excellent Value

Given what these cost, I think they do a great job. I will use them primarily for sporting events, concerts, and shows, and they bring everything much closer. I really like the fine focus control (you really need to turn the focus knob to make fairly small adjustments), which is much better than when you move the knob just a little and make huge adjustments. Very lightweight relative to their size.

Sturdy and compact

These binoculars are compact and I like that. They're the type of thing you can stick in your coat pocket and take to the park. I can look through them myself, then hand them to my daughter and she can look through them as well without having to fiddle with anything. Perfect for sharing with people who have smaller heads. They're clear, easy to focus and perfect for day to day use. They're built well so you don't have to worry that they're going to fall apart. These aren't. Great value for the money

Lightweight but sturdy, includes case and strap

Great binoculars. Light weight but still sturdy. Easy to use, good optics. Came with a nice carry case and neck strap. Work just as well as larger pairs I have.
