Headset could be connected easily and offers a very good voice quality.

It can work at a considerable distance when connected to a bluetooth device. With the mute key it is possible to turn the microphone off and on during the conversation, so that the people on the other side will not hear the unwanted sounds (eg, coughing). The headset is very light and comfortable to wear. The sound quality is immaculate like the microphone quality,the opposite hears no annoying noise. The battery lasts a long time and the charging is also super easy. We charge the headset either directly via micro USB or via the supplied base station. The charging station is quite stable and thus guarantees a secure footing.This is a also a main reason why i choose it. For my requests,just totally okay. Price-performance ratio is great!

I bought one for my husband, I liked it very much, and later I bought one for my dad. I can listen to music, make phone calls, and there is no noise on the big truck. I like it very much.

Great quality, perfect and clear audio.

I love this bluetooth wireless headset, it works great for what i need. I works on my pc, and laptop. Very easy to set up, the bluetooth recognition is do simple even preschool can do it. The audio out and in is very clear. I can hear the other line so good as if im usibg wired connection. I can go about 10 yards away from the device and still have good audio connection. I work at home so having this is so handy, i can now run yo my kitchen if get hungry during work hours while talking to my clients without getting stuck at my desk station. I definitely recommend this headset.

Mobility is the key

At my work, i spent most of my time on Webex meetings. I used use my phone headset but when meeting goes for one hour and more and i can't move. it get to my nevus. I ordered this headset to give a try because i really need something wireless. I can go grab my coffee from the kitchen or even just walk around my cubic. I been testing this headset for two days and so far I love it. Distance wise, I haven't try to go too far, but i went as far as 10 meters and i had coverage. sound quality is high and the headset is not a cheap made. I charged for like 30 minuets and i used it for 2 consecutive meetings one went for 2 hours ( i am not sure if it was pre-charged ) but i didn't need to recharge it or put it back on its charging station. I don't know how long the battery last yet but so far I am impressed ). Would update my review on battery life and durability in few months

Clear sound

I have Jabra trucker wired headset for long time and thought of getting new one. This one is almost similar design which made me to buy this one. It is easily connected to my phone bluetooth and the sound is very clear. I am able to listen others clearly and others also able listen to me. I am using this one to attend my office meetings very comfortably. I don't regret buying this one as it is meeting my purpose.

Great headset, give it a try.

Headset arrived well packaged, easy and quick to charge. Set-up with a new Panasonic desk/cordless phone was more difficult than expected but not the Willful headset's fault, the unit was easy to put in pairing mode and when I understood what to do with the phone the headset's tone, volume and clarity were excellent. Sadly, I found the ear pad uncomfortable. Since I spend a good deal of time on the phone knew I'd have a problem with it and packaged it back up for return. Others probably won't be as picky as me and will be fine with it. Looking for a different solution. Addition: the seller contacted me several weeks later about my review (more than a couple times) offering a partial refund for my trouble. I ignored and then declined, then relented and a partial refund happened immediately. Nothing was wrong with their headset, it just wasn't for me (I've since been through four other bluetooth headsets and I just have hard-to-fit ears). It's rare to find a seller this committed to their product and customers.

just like working at that office

I spend a lot of time on conference calls and needed to find something for when I was working from home. This is just like the one my company supplies ( without the outrageous price!). It was easy to hook up and sync with my cell phone. I find the sound very clear and easy to hear. I read other reviews complaining about the size of the ear piece. I did not experience that concern, like I said it is the same size as my office one. I prefer the over the head concept with microphone . I would definitely recommend.
