Super easy to swallow doesn't hurt your stomach. Be sure to drink water with the pills for more effect. Suppresses appetite very well only eat when I'm hungry! No snacking and makes me want to eat good food when I do eat!

Working

Have been taking this about a month and when I started I was 216 Lbs. I have gone down to 206 and still working on about 30 more pounds I want to loose. Best thing about this is I can wake up and take the two capsules and go all day without eating or feeling hungry after my cup of coffee. I eat a meal in the evening around 4-5 and maybe a few snacks of fruit or vegies after but not much. Occasionally I have eaten 3 or 4 big meals since it was the holidays but I still have lost weight and am seeing my belly getting smaller. So I was skeptical but this has been working great and no side effects or jitters. I'm starting on my second bottle now. Now my wife is starting to take them as well.
