WORKS FOR BOBA/BUBBLE MILK TEAS I love this because the shape is clean & modern. Not only that, the little silicone bit in the lid can be removed for cleaning, and you can also use a larger straw (not included, you will have to purchase a reusable boba straw of course) for boba. The glass is thick, but you will have condensation on the outer glass because it is not double walled, and it will melt like a normal glass cup. No issues there since I knew what I was purchasing, but this review is to make people aware. The silicone sleeve is also a pain to remove, which is not attractive for the white color. Since I wasn’t able to clean it properly, the white color became stained with tea on the inside of the silicone sleeve. However, this is just an aesthetic issue that can be remedied by picking a different color if this bothers you like it does for me. Anyways, I’m just super excited that it works for my boba/bubble milk teas. It’s hard to find an attractive reusable cup for bubble milk teas. I’ve purchased 3 in different colors, and can’t wait for the black to come back in stock.

Charlatan glass

UPDATE 1/14/19: The company reached out and went above and beyond expectation by replacing the defective product and providing us with a bonus glass tumbler. Both items came in great condition. I am happy with the company's prompt attention to customer's satisfaction. Was not happy with the product that I received. It came with a defect near the lip. I would expect glassware advertised to handle cold or hot liquids would be made of borosilicate glass, but it doesn't appear so as mine came with a crack.

Great product at a fantastic price

I’ve had this bottle for a few days and it has completely met expectations. I wanted to get away from plastic (both to minimize plastic use and for the smell plastic can get) when it came time to replace my previous water bottle. Appearance: I got the ultraviolet one because it was the cheapest (I paid full Amazon price, not a free or discounted product), and it is a beautiful deep blue-violet color. The bamboo lid (though I am not totally convinced it is real bamboo) adds to kind of a eco-conscious aesthetic. Design: The glass is thick enough to not feel like it will shatter, but not so thick it adds unnecessary weight. This bottle can easily fit into a cup holder. The silicone sleeve wraps to the base of the bottle on the bottom, so glass isn’t hitting any surfaces (I have a glass top table so I would hear it), and it is continuous so nasty stuff won’t get into crevices. The sleeve is textured for some grip, but easy to wipe off. There is a silicone ring/gasket at the mouth, which was stuck to the glass when it arrived. I peeled it off the glass, set it on top of the mouth, and put on the lid. It went into the proper place in the lid and it has stayed there since. Use: My filtered water tastes like water, not water plus plastic. I can drink other things and when I go back to plain water, I don’t smell the old stuff. So far, the lid has not leaked - and I have put electrolyte powder and supplements in, shaking it quite a bit - nothing has dripped out. I can’t speak to using a dishwasher because I hand wash it. I use it so much, that I don’t want to be without it for an entire dishwasher cycle. Summary: This is great and I plan to buy at least one or two more as we phase out plastic in our home.

Perfect size

Great size and super sleek feel and look! It's the perfect size to go glass to fit in my car cupholder. I love the glass and bamboo look, it's very smooth and sleek. I don't love the plastic straws it comes with (it comes with 2) but that's just because I don't love using plastic so I just use a stainless steel or glass straw instead.

Great for my Zero waste life style!

This cup is amazing! It looks great and I always get so many compliments on it when I go to get my coffee! Very durable glass and the silicone sleeve is easy to remove to clean. I dislike the straw it came with but easy fix switching it out with my stainless steel one.

I’m happy with this purchase. It’s good thick glass. It still leaks when tipped over and note: the top suction lid has a light closure So this is not a purse and go cup. It does sweat when you drink cold drinks so you’ll have to wipe it constantly. It’s not a magic glass cup but it’s so heavy duty and will most definitely last.
