Works fine

Works well definitely install it into wood because it will be sturdy.. tried putting it into a electric fan box between the floor rafters above dropped ceiling.. not sturdy enough... use 2x4 screw into the rafters will give you a sturdy base to install it.

A Great Product

There are a lot of parts to assemble but the effort is quite worth it. This product is strong and easy to adjust once up and running. I appreciate it's mechanical design and ability to adjust for a perfect projection to the screen. Also sits nice an close to the ceiling. Only took a few minutes to assemble. Would buy again and recommend

Excellent Quality Very Adaptable

Very high quality product. The mount comes with 4 feet to connect to the projector. I only had three mounting threads on my projector but because there is such a excellent range of motion to this system I was easily able to adapt and use just 3 of the supplied mounting feet. The product feels very sturdy and I would recommend it to anyone needing a projector mount that’s durable without breaking the bank.

Versitile

I got this to wok with a three hole Optoma HD27HDR projector. For the money I don't think you can beat this mount. It came with a lot of screws and plastic washers to adjust to many projectors. I would recommend giving this a try if you are in the market for a ceiling mount.

Very adjustable

this mount is very well made and will definitely fit any projector . hangs down about 13" plenty of head room. Its also very adjustable to aim at your screen.

Sturdy mount

It was a bit difficult to set up, but it's extremely cheap and sturdy. It won't work easily for drop in ceilings though. I had to drill a 2x4 into the real ceiling touching the bottom of the drop in ceiling. I then drilled the mount through the drop ceiling into the 2x4.

Works great with Epson Home Cinema 4010 projector.

Easy to install. Easy to adjust. My Epson Home Cinema 4010 projector is large and heavy, but this mount handles it with no problem.
