Now my go to for oil changes

I didn’t even know these things existed! I was getting so sick of filters that wouldn’t come off and having to punch a screwdriver through it to get it off. Regular filter wrenches suck. I hand tighten all my filter yet they always refuse to come back off. These things take them right off without putting holes in the filter and leaking oil all over myself. These are a great addition to my toolbox. I also like how they are adjustable. To I Han use them on my cars as well as motorcycle without buying multiple sizes.

What took me so long?

I hate single use tools, I'll start with that. I have used the old(er) school styles of oil wrenches since I was knee high to a grasshopper. You know the kind; basically a band attached to a handle. The biggest problem with those is the fact that oil filters are all sorts of sizes and those things slip way too much, they bend and generally need a bit of room to use. The funny thing is most filters just need to be broken with a tool, less than a quarter of a turn and then you can just take them off by hand. These are simply the best. Super durable, fit in so many spaces. You decide how much pressure is on the canister. It's literally pliers for oil filters. They have fit every filter I have done, from a 5.0L all the way to a 1.3L Maybe the best single use tool I own, and worth every penny.

I like it!

Had a fuel filter (car size) on my outboard pontoon boat that would not unscrew with any set of voice grips I had. Ordered and used this. It expanded to just about max size, but with a little grunting, I got the old fuel filter out and the new one in. I like this product and it was delivered on time in great condition.

Multiple filters changed without a problem

I changed a few filters over the weekend and these worked perfectly! The metal feels solid and hinge had no issues. I like the versatility of the multiple grip spots on the ring. Definitely gives you plenty of force to remove filters with ease. Now if only the oil plug wasn't last installed with an impact wrench...

Great Wrench

Great quality wrench that will last for years. Opens up wide and has a great grab. Have used several times already with no issues. Great to have in your tool box. You will not be disappointed.

Best filter remover I've used.

Looked for a long while to find the right tool for oil changes. This makes it very easy. Only reason I can't give it a true 5 star is because its machined surfaces are not smooth enough to merit a perfect score, and the fulcrum nut backs off all the time, but this is a very functional tool that can remove a lot of frustration from a very necessary chore.

Excellent tool!!

I used the product to remove and replace the engine oil filter on my 2017 Ram diesel. It was perfect for working in a very tight, almost inaccessible, place. It is very sturdy and the perfect tool for the job.
