Very nice works with my RCN I got 2 of them.

This is quite simply: LIFE CHANGING. I moved away from the Comcast supplied modem/router about 4 years ago. I purchased the Arris Surfboard SB6121 and the TP-Link AC-1200. I had one Wi-Fi extender. For reasons that I cannot explain, I endured years of terrible and slow connections - regardless if I was using my smartphone, or my Apple TV. My laptop computer rarely worked. My Roku TV always disconnected. The more connections I needed to make, the more I realized it was a disaster and needed replaced. It was time for a change! Then I discovered the Arris Surfboard (32x8) AC2350. My life has changed. I don’t use the 5 GHZ band as the signal is weaker. As an extra step, I hardwired my Apple TV. Every Wi-Fi connection is PERFECT. The aforementioned iPhone, Roku TV and laptop work perfectly. I do need the WIFI extender anymore. Everything is FASTER. I get no connection problems. My wired connections are flawless. This is absolutely worth every penny. Everyone is happy.

Great unit, setup was easy I called comcast when I put in my order for internet and gave them the MAC address ahead of time. Because I have no cell service only wifi calling at the location I installed this unit too I wanted to make sure they had all the info setup ahead of time . So I showed up to where I was installing this which was my remote camp. I connected my cable plugged it in all the lights went solid blue! Perfect! Than to verify with comcast like they make you do I took a laptop connected to the default wifi network the unit was broadcasting. It Connected perfectly. Than I Opened a browser the Comcast setup screen was right there. I logged on Comcast it said successful and to wait while modem reboots. It rebooted twice and bam all done. Easiest new setup I have ever done! I subscribed to comcast 400mbps plan and my download on the 5ghz channel is consistently between 460-480mbps. I attached and image of my speedtest results Lightning fast! Wifi range is adequate for me and better than my previous router. The arris setup is easy to get to by going to 196.168.0.1. Log in And its all there. Whatever issues people had provisioning this model on comcast are now a thing of the past. Setup was easy, speed is better than what I bought , wifi range is excellent and the router settings are easily accessible. Overall 5 stars!

Works with Mediacom. Just called Mediacom tech support so they could get the new Mac address and do what they do for the new modem. Then I set up the wireless and connected all the devices to the new network. Excellent signal strength from second floor to the first floor. Easy to setup

My provider upped my speed to 300 down and my old surfboard could not handle the speeds. I bought this on a recommendation from a friend, plugged it in and OMG 299 down, 25 up. Rediculously fast. Fantastic. These speeds are steady, via my cellular Android phone, while others are using bandwidth. The AC 2350 makes all the difference in the world. !!!

Works well with Xfinity but.... Xfinity had a very difficult time activating it on their system. I tried normal customer service (overseas call center) for 2 hours one night. They told us to bring it in to a local store to be "scanned". At the store they too were unable to activate it and told us to call their highest level technical assistance (in Arizona). After 2 hours they finally activated it. It turns out that Xfinity has the model incorrectly listed. Hopefully they got that fixed and activating it now may be easier!

I bought this device because I was sick of Comcast soaking me for $11 a month to rent their modem. I bought this model at Comcast's technical support's recommendation because I wanted a single unit that would act as a modem and be wireless at the same time. Oddly those things aren't aren't typically bundled with other devices. Who knew? Installing was not easy because I had to connect a phone line style cord from the new modem to my laptop. The issue is that my laptop does not have a phone cord port. And it's not like my laptop is shiny and brand new. It is at least 2 years old. Luckily for me, I had an old laptop that I could use that had the phone cord port. Even with the old lap top laying around I still had to call technical support and have a follow up chat with them. Once I finally got it up and running it works like a charm.

I bought this to replace my SURFboard SBG6782-AC router-modem which has started giving me "DNS cannot be reached" or "connection from router (modem) is broken" error message. After days and hours of troubleshooting, I decided to order this modem SURFboard SBG7600AC2 for upgrade. After installation (easy but needed to contact Comcast for activation), all the errors went away. Connection seemed faster in both LAN and wifi compared to the older model. Very satisfied with this purchase even though the price is on the high end.

I got this as an upgrade from a 6 year old model and it works perfectly and fixed my dead spot problems( live in 2 story home). I no longer need the WiFi extender I purchased years ago and this device has both 2.4ghz and 5ghz WiFi running at the same time

I received the package in new condition when expected. I had some trouble with the wireless connection after Spectrum provisioned it on their network. The Arris techs were very patient and knowledgeable. Spectrum had provisioned it as a bridge instead of as a router. I contacted Spectrum a second time to get that corrected. After that the Arris walked me through completion of the setup. All is working beautifully and I am very happy with the Arris support. They said they would contact Spectrum so future setups will be done correctly. Gave 3 stars because Spectrum didn’t set it up right on their end the first time. Arris gets 5 stars if the install involved just them.
