great for beginner and kids

I enjoyed the mini drone when I received it, as I found out it was a drone very easy to figure out and easy to use for beginners. The remote was light, and the control is far easier to each. More importance think is my little girl is very excited on it!!!!

it is pocket size, and the battery life is very during considering the size.The propellers were encircled by plastic guards, in this way, it go fully protected even when it was crashed. There is a nice headlight in the front so you can easily locate on the dark. Anyway,my kids like it.

HAHA LOVE IT!

This one is just amazing and I’ve been flying it for several days. It's great for a beginner like me. It has a fairly decent auto-trim, and very easy to fly. ALL I need to do is just making little adjustments. It can keep flying for about 10 mins. After I read the manual book I can do the flip and change the speed. Under the low-speed mode it flys so steadily and quietly. A good buy!

Surprisingly Easy to Fly

This thing is a lot of fun straight out of the box. It was super easy to fly right out of the box, the quick start gets you started in a minute. Just started fiddling with it, so far it earns a 5 star, but the kids get their hands on it tomorrow. We'll see how it holds. Update May 4th. This little thing is still holding, kids have played with it, I have, and it still flies today as it did the day it was opened. The other two flyers I got for almost the same price crapped out a while ago. I highly recommend it.

Great for the price!

I was really impressed by the ease of flying. It has an auto launch/land that works well. The battery life is about 5 mins. If you increase the "speed" that will go down quickly. I would strongly recommend this drone to a novice. The cages around the blades work well to keep motors from getting damaged.

Easy to fly, great drone for kids and adults

This is a great pocket size drone. It’s easy to maneuver and fun for kids and adults alike. The drone is very sleek looking and I like that it has the propeller guards just in case I bump to the wall. The remote control is very sensitive and easy to control. Press down the right joystick to make a click sound and activate 3D flip function, lots of fun and awesome. It's worth to attention that the LED on front of the mini drone, can fly in the dark, you don't worry about that will be lost. 3 speed modes are better for your choice. It won't get in some troubles for kids and beginners when they choose speed 1 mode. I also enjoy the headless mode function. When you press the button, you can fly the drone without worrying about what direction it is facing. The altitude hold function is unbelievable. It hovers in mid-air like its sitting still on a solid surface. This makes it great for getting a feel for the controls, which are very responsive. I really enjoy it.

So fun!

We bought this for our eight-year-old, who loves it. It flies around the house like a little blue UFO. He’s learned how to make it do dips and swirls. Seems surprisingly rugged - has crash landed numerous times and still seems fine. The rotors stopped working and we took it apart and took the hair that had wound around one of them out, and put it back together, and it worked great again. They only mishap was once when he flew it into his sister’s head and it got caught in her hair and I had to cut some hair to get it out. The six minutes of flying time and then 45 minutes of quiet while it charges it is actually a great rhythm.

Basic Toy drone, well worth the price.

The flight time is about 6 minutes as opposed to the advertised 7, and then 1 minute is lost to the low battery alarm. The one key return feature doesn't make it come back to you, but it does make it fly in the opposite direction of take off so it can still be handy. Headless mode sounds an obnoxious alarm, making it useless. Beyond that, it functions well, and the flips do work. It seems robust. If you don't care about the extra features, and are okay with a short flight time (which you have to be unless your willing to spend north of $100) it will serve just fine. Customer service is excellent and responded to my concerns quickly.

Great for beginners and advanced users

We purchased this drone for my 8 year old. We had a similar drone before but the bladeds were not fully protected as this one is. While flying something hit the blade and broke the motor. This is why we choose this drone, having fully protected blades was a huge selling point. This drone has features which have been great to help kids lean how to fly. It has a launch function which will help the drone take off from the ground without going too high. Once it's a few feet off the ground that stops and hovers at that point. You can press the same button to land the drone, these two things are usually pretty hard to learn on your own. It also will do flips in the air by a press of a button, the kids love that! It also has 3 speed control options which has been fun to test out. Very impressed with this drone, fun for the whole family.
