Good quality, great extras!
Great quality, been playing this almost everyday for 3 months and love it. Comes with the trial of Fender play which has really helped me. Ended up full year subscription.

Great beginner guitar for my son...
A couple of my children are musically gifted, my youngest son being one of them. He wanted a full sized guitar so he can start playing and for the price and quality I couldn't pass this up. It comes with everything (tuner, bag which isn't padded, picks, etc.) and it is a very nice guitar. I know I'm not a guitar player but the quality of the build is easy to see. I got the warranty just in case, he is 11 and it never hurts.

Bought my first guitar for my midlife crisis.
I'm certainly no expert, but this seems to be much better quality than most of the ones in this price range. One of Fender's basic beginner sets, and seems very worthy of their name.

Nicely packaged
For starters it came packed very well. The box was like it was meant to be shipped. The guitar was in great shape and thanks to the included DVD and tuner it now sounds great. In my "player bundle" box I got the gig bag (canvas with carry handle and back pack style straps no pockets inside or out), a shoulder strap, 3 picks, an electronic tuner, a instructional DVD, a certificate for online lessons from Fender and a set of replacement strings. The strings on the guitar may be steel but the replacement strings are bronze.

Nice
Good little kit guitar is solid comes with some learning material and the basics. Took me a while to get started on it but it works great. Might change bridge out it's a bit twangy at some times

Good beginner setup
I'm a beginner at acoustic guitar, and this is a set that gives you everything you need to get started. The guitar is nice, the strap and case are pretty flimsy (so if you're buying based on that look elsewhere), the extra strings are super handy and thankfully I haven't had to use one yet, and the picks are fender branded and medium weight (3 of them). The tuner works great. I was a little worried ordering a guitar to be shipped, but it came packed well and arrived in great condition. The guitar itself has a good sound to it, but isn't so fancy/pricey that I'm worried about beating it up a bit as a beginner. All in all, a good buy and I'd recommend it to others trying to start out in playing guitar. P.S. eventually your fingers won't hurt from the strings ;)

Pleasantly surprised
I got this guitar package as a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and was extremely pleased with it. She has always wanted to learn how to play guitar and this is a great starting point. After tuning it with the tuner it comes with I was actually impressed by how good it sounded. She showed me two cords that she learned in the first night of owning it. We haven't activated the tutorials yet but she has learned quickly off some YouTube videos. All in all a great buy for the beginner.

First Guitar (Beautiful)
I have to give a shout out to Austin Bazaar(Seller), The Fender Squier Dreadnought I ordered arrived when it was supposed to but where I was most impressed was the guitar it's self. I Know this is my first guitar but I wasn't expecting much for the price. This thing is beautiful and also sounds very nice once I got it in tune. I cannot wait to get started playing with this guitar. I think this will be a great learner guitar for me and others in my family who want to learn. My wife was even impressed with this guitar. It arrived perfectly no scratches, cracks, dents or dings. All I have to say is Thank You Austin Bazaar

It's a solid start, BUT
I really have enjoyed the guitar, and considering that I wasn't buying a Taylor or Ibenez, has served it's purpose wonderfully. My word of advice would be to just get a guitar versus the starter pack. The only thing I really have used out of the pack was the guitar, picks, and tuner (and this has mostly been used on an electric guitar re-gifted to me). I actually mostly used the guitar-tuner app on my phone with this guitar. Also, there's enough free lessons available online (Justin Guitar) that the dvd and fender-play card aren't really needed. So, If you're looking to save money, I would recommend looking up just the Squier guitar or a guitar in the pack's price range and order some picks separately.

Solid Start
I've been using this guitar for about a month now and have loved every last part of it down to the strings. The case isnt hard but has faithfully protected my guitar across half the nation. Sounds great, feels great and is overall beautiful looking. Not to mention the bonus of fender play is super nice. I don't regret this purchase for a second. Disclaimer- I'm nowhere near an expert on guitars, all I know is that, as a beginner player, it's been really great.
