Great service from Weber after hidden damage

I received my new S-335 grill with no apparent external damage to the box but found that several parts were bent or dented when I opened the internal boxes. I called Weber and their customer service was outstanding! I had the new parts in a couple of days and then completed the assembly. We used the grill for the first time yesterday. It works great. It heats us to almost 700 degrees with the sear station on so the grill marks look professional. The new Weber design also keeps flare-ups to a minimum. I'll never buy another grill unless it's a Weber!

Fabulous BBQ GRILL

Weber has always had a great reputation & we are so pleased with the purchase of the Weber Genesis II Grill. The grill heats up quickly & sears meat beautifully & the temperature is well distributed & easily controlled. We love the high quality stainless look & design plus the warming rack can be dropped down for larger grilling space when not in use & the grill is so easy to cleanup. The other added insensitive is it has a 10 year warranty. We LOVE this grill & highly recommend it!!

You can't go wrong with a weber

Up until now I have been using a cheap gas grill. So far this grill has performed flawlessly. It does a great job of keeping an even temperature all over the grill.

Heavyweight and performs!

I had no problem with the Amazon freight delivery, everything was in good shape and all parts there. The BILT app helped a ton putting this together. Took me almost 2 hours to assemble - it's a heavy beast. Grilling performance has been excellent - I love the searing station and the iGrill 3 upgrade is worth it. And the grease management is so easy with everything dripping right into the tray in the middle. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase - Weber has a winner in 2019.

Good Grill but assembly takes a long time.

I did my homework, viewed reviews and a variety of grills in local stores, and finally decided on this one. It has all the features I want, and a 10 year all inclusive warranty. I'm very comfortable with assembling items I purchase. The claim here was 90 minutes. Well, it takes a lot longer than that, so be prepared. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the parts all fit very well. It's just that there is a lot of work to be done, a lot of parts to put in place, and in the end you will be happy with the end result ... just prepare more time to do the assembly. I really like the fit of the parts, the fact that the controls are all well built, the snugness of everything fitting together, and how so much is actually put into a compact space. This replaces an older Weber with a smaller box, but much wider cart and side shelf space ( that we didn't need. I haven't fired it up yet because I got the NG version and need to swap the coupler. That's a quick job but I just put on the new cover and decided to be finished for the day. As someone who has had a Weber for many many years, I do suggest you order the cover to go with the grill. They are such a pleasure to use when protected from the elements.

Best Gas Grill I’ve Owned

This Weber gas grill replaced a 15 yr old Weber! This grill went together easily with great assembly instructions. I find the heat control and sear ability to be even and effective. So far all meats cooked have been juicy and delicious. Looking forward to another 15 years!

Weber is the best.

The grill works great. Food is really good and cooking times short. Love the rotisserie for chicken. Weber grill app has lots of good information and recipes. Pretty easy to assemble by myself.

Very good build quality

Just got this. Build quality is great. Took 2 hour to assemble, very easy and joyul 2 hours.. Cooked couple of steaks so far.. can't be happier.

Built to last

Works great, Weber grills are the best. I like how it is designed with every little detail in mind. The searing station delivers to the promise: classic grill marks. Love it!
