I wish there were better instructions but I figured it out. I think I tweaked the hand at first but later made adjustments and it's been working great for a month.

Clock Movement replacement kit

I wanted a replacement clock timer for a clock that's at least 30 years old and this worked great. I had to use the original clock hands as the ones included were too long, but I did get to keep my clock!
