Raised and made of metal instead of plastic!

Awesome product! Good quality and fitment. I had the vinyl letters before and upgraded to these. Made of metal and is raised. Looks so much better!

A must for all Tacoma owners

Great product . Easy install. Really completes the look of the truck. 1. I used glass cleaner instead of rubbing alcohol to clean the area. 2. Unboxed the letters 3. Took the white backing off 4. Separated the letter and cleaned them up. Some adhesive was left on the letters from the backing paper. 5. You could use adhesive promoter but not necessary. 6. Peel the backing off the letters to expose the 3m tape. 7. Eyeball the letters and slowly attach to truck. 8. Press into place using a towel. 9. Continue to install the rest of the letters. 10. Once done, go back over each letter and thoroughly press on each letter. 11. Step back and enjoy.

Very nice product

Very good quality. Heavy metal material that goes on fairly easy. Make sure to clean with alcohol first before installing.

Sweet Product

Installed on a 2019 Tacoma. These all metal letters are nicely shaped. Not just standard block letters but thicker across the middle, which IMO goes well with the curved shape of the tailgate. Removed the chrome Tacoma emblems on doors, chrome V6 emblem on tailgate, and huge TRD 4x4 Off Road stickers from rear fenders and added these to tailgate. Took my time installing with a thorough cleaning and proper alignment. Very happy with results. My Cavalry Blue truck now sports a clean look and is just a little different from the others without appearing overly modified.

High quality metal inserts for the money!

The tailgate letter inserts exceeded my expectations especially for the price point. There are many other vinyl inserts and other companies that charge more compared to these inserts. First thing to note, these are raised, so it definitely has more depth than standard vinyl stickers that concave in. Also, they are metal! Not plastic. They come finished in a matte black so if you wanted to paint them another color, a few bucks for a spray can and it’s done. I’m very pleased with mine and other Tacoma owners ask me where I got my set as they have seen some cost up to $50 for raised metal letter inserts.

Makes my truck look spiffy!

Quality metal letters that are easy to apply. These letter inserts really make my Tacoma's debossed tailgate pop. I thought about ordering the vinyl letters, but lining them up correctly for application didn't sound like much fun. These letter inserts are easy to install, just clean the surface, line them up, and press on. The package comes with instructions and professional packaging that protects the metal letters from getting scratched. Hopefully the adhesive is strong and lasts a long time because these are a nice cosmetic enhancement!
