Excellent product!!!

I got my order today and I am THRILLED. I suffer from chronic migraines and my job requires me to be on the computer all day, so this product is a lifesaver. I kept it on for about 10 minutes just to make sure I didn’t overdo it, and when I took it off my head and neck didn’t even feel like they belonged to me anymore. The relief is palpable and I am a very happy customer. It does have a weird, plasticky smell, but the quality is top notch. Get this product. Your head, neck, and shoulders will thank you!

The Best I Could Say

I have been going through severe neck pain and cervical problems since last one year. I spend a lot of time in front of computer which is one of the main reason for neck pain. I have tried different neck support and cervical neck traction devices. This is my 3rd one and it seems to be the best uptil now. One of the most comfortable and easy to use neck traction device. I founder customer services very friendly and helpful. Although I was bit curious while ordering as it seem to be a new product but it was worth it. Highly recommended.

The Best I Must Say

I bought this Neck Brace few months back. Didn't gave my review yet just because I wanted to check it's functionality and durability. Because of my job I am in front of computer almost 8 hours a day and this gave me severe neck pain. Had used few neck braces previously aswell but none of them was durable. This Neck Traction Device is superbly amazing I must say. Best quality and top class fitting and comfort. I loved this brace and my neck pain is almost gone after using it for couple of months. Highly recommended.

Easy to use

So was unsure about this.....but it came packages nicely, and super easy to use. Seems to hold air nicely and is soft. It seems to help relieve some of my neck pain issues. Have only used it a few times but I can't wait to see how I feel after more use.

Helps with Cervical Radiculopathy.

A pretty good device. Helped relieve my shoulder and arm pain due a pinched neck nerve. Not uncomfortable and competitively priced in relation to similar products. Apparently a small family-owned company with good customer service. I got a nice thank you note from them with a discount coupon and a customer satisfaction guarantee (something that surprised me and which I appreciate).

Neck relief

My son really liked this he was very happy I purchased it as gage does a lot of work in front of his computer and his neck get strained. I a small person so it was a bit large for me, but I did feel some relief.

Easy to use and helpful!

I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but willing to give this a try as I often get headaches related to neck tension! I am very happy with the results! Just wearing it a few minutes once or twice a day has made a ln enormous difference in the tension, stiffness and soreness in my neck and shoulders! It's not uncomfortable to wear. It's easy to use. Overall a great product!

Great product and great customer service who made sure their product was best!!!

This product was easy to use and I love how it left the device inflated. It did help me with my radiculopathy pain in my arm which stemmed from damaged cervical discs. Though I had a bit of a problem with the pump coming off the metal end of the tube, the owner reached out to me and and asked if I could send a picture. I've been unable to do that since I was just diagnosed with another neurological condition. I later got another e-mail for compensation. I never thought a company would actually do this. This product is great and Branfit company's customer service is awesome!!!

Got rid of my pain

So for almost two years I’ve had numbness and tingling in my right hand that would only happen while I was sleeping. It got so bad that it started waking me up at night. I had purchased a wrist brace for wearing while I slept, and it helped a little bit, but it wasn’t correcting my problem. If I forgot to put my brace on, I’d wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. I ordered this neck traction cause it said it was adjustable and I’m so glad I did. I started using it the day I received it, and inflated it with gentle traction. After about 3 days of doing tbis (I do it right before bed, sitting up) my numbness improved by a lot. It’s been maybe two weeks of having this thing and my arm pain is all gone! If you have any sort of neck impingement then I DEFINITELY recommend this product!

Traction Collar by Branfit

The collar is well made and is as described. It seems to provide the angle needed for relief of the pain from the pinched nerve in my neck. Had only a short while so use is limited but I expect that I will see improvement in time. The Followup by the vendor is appreciated. I recommend this collar and this vendor.
