Does exactly what is supposed to!!

Great device! Lots of space, easy to handle

Functionally -- works great. Starts up relatively fast if you don't put much water, and produces great results. The handles are big and strong enough so that you can take out the bottom loaded rack with one hand (while the other hand is lifting the top rack). If you cook meat with it, it's a bit harder to clean, which makes sense, but still doable. There are some permanent markings that appear on both the base and the trays after a few usages so it doesn't look as new anymore and I don't think that dishwasher would help with them -- I tried. Other than that, for what I bout it for (cooking) it works great, looks great, feels great, and definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Compare to plastic steamers, Secura 2-Tier Food Stainless Steel Steamer is a much better product to use. It has right size, easy to clean and more durable. I am going to purchase another one when they cut the price.

Dream Steamer

Quality stainless steel and glass cover construction which was highly desirable versus plastic. Large 2 tier capacity is very convenient. Provides faster and more powerful steam than other units. The best steamer I've found.

Ease of use

Very easy to use and doesn't take long to get to know how to use it! Wonderful steamer that will certainly be used for both home and travel. We were initially thinking of buying a steamer to be able to eat steamed vegetables when traveling and staying at hotels. As it is very convenient, we will be using it at home too!
