Impressed with delivery

This is my third set of looms and i must say this set is really sturdy. Some other brands have tendency to bow in middle (particularly the longer loom). Ordered on Friday and received on Sunday. I did not order express delivery.

Great loom set

My ten-year-old daughter recently joined a knitting club at school. She has been learning to knit on looms and was interested in getting a wider variety to use. This has been a great set. It's very easy to use, and seems pretty durable. The instructions that came with the set are easy to understand. She has used the looms to make hats.

Nieces were able to knit with me :)

I had tried to teach my young nieces to knit but managing two needles was a little tricky for small hands. Bought this loom set and brought it to them with a couple of skeins of bulky yarn and they took to them like a duck to water. They were able to make bracelets, hair ties, hats for dolls, headbands for themselves and even some leg warmers for the dog! The 9 year old was able to use the looms without help (she understood the wrapping of the pegs) and quickly graduated from the smaller one to the larger ones. The 7 year old used the smallest loom in the set and needed help with the wrapping but was happy to work together to make things. A couple of thoughts... If you're not sure if this will be a hit, note that you can buy the smallest loom in this kit individually at Michaels for around $5 and the 'pick' for around $2. Also interesting, I learned from reading various directions online that you are actually able to knit flat on the loom by not closing the loop and going back and forth. In general, it was actually quite surprising the number of things you can do on these looms... many different stitches, increasing and decreasing etc. Enjoy!

Wish it had a box but no biggie

Didnt like that there was no box but it did have 5 circles when all the ones I saw everywhere only had 4 so that was a plus

Actually impressive

Bought for my wife and she loves them. She says they are easier to use than most that look like this.

A gift for my mother

My mother loves knitting so I got her this set. She started using it right away and loves it. It is easy to use and she finishes her pieces faster
