Easy to use and clean.

It did not smoke when heated up but make sure you let it heat up about 15 minutes before you cook it it to get the smell out of iy..I used some liquid smoke on my steak when cooking and it worked good. Clean up was fine..did not stick.

This thing is awesome!!! It does everything as it says, it is smokeless as long as you fill the bottom tray with water!! Taste is better than a George Forman type grill. Great value for the money!!
