Nice sturdy swiveling mount
I guess the trend lately is for lower-end tvs to have "legs" on either side instead of a base/stand in the middle. So I needed a way to deal with the incredibly tacky legs on my cheapo Sceptre X505BV-FSR 50 inch. It sits in front of a window, so no wall mount. It never occured to me that they make freestanding mounts for TVs, so when I noticed an ad for the Perlesmith one, I did some research and bought this one. Its like $7 more than the perlesmith and it swivels. Overall it was pretty easy, the instructions are explicit, all of the parts are labeled clearly, and it comes with a bunch of different mounting screws to make sure it fits your tv. My TV used the M6 12mm screws. The base is heavy and the tempered glass looks really nice. The swivel feature works perfectly. One issue I had, which is more of a problem with my tv and not the product, is that my bottom 2 vesa holes seem to be a few mm shallower than the top holes. So, the 2 12mm screws easily fit into the top holes, but I was screwed for the bottom holes. I guess this phenonenon is an uncommon but documented issue. The kit includes some spacers, but they weren't meant for this situation and were not the right size. Luckily, I had some rubber grommets on hand and used those instead. They were originally for fastening a hard drive to a PC case. I slapped 2 grommets on each of the 2 bottom screws, and they fit right in. There is some cord management in the form of 2 velcro straps on the back of the bottom of the pole, and they work pretty well for keeping the cables out of site.

Truly Exceptional Design
Being a picky electronics technition with design draftsman experience, I'm a little jealous that I did not conceive this truly exceptional TV stand. This fine-looking pedistal conforms to my ideals of functionality, plus excellent quality reminiscent of products built-to-last before the throwaway era began. The 10" deep base is perfect for setting my 43" TV (PC display) atop one of my vintage 1982 Pioneer speakers laid horizontal, just like my 46" TV (cable) with pedistal which sits atop the other speaker; most TV stand bases (at about 12-13" deep) would overhang. Footsure base has 3 front + 3 back rubber feet, instead of the usual 4 feet only. Height is adjusted via the main column -- not by moving a TV on a cross bracket. The swivel function is simplicity at its best, with a sturdy design that will endure. And 99lb support is more than most pedistal TV stands, which is great for heavy TVs that tend to lean, and overkill for new light LEDs, and at a reasonable price. This topnotch innovation from the Far East is the overall best I've seen anyplace. Ps: Just watch...a few knuckleheads will write bad reviews on shipment damage, Amazon fulfillment issues, etc, having naught to do with this product's quality. ;) Always use anti-tip straps with heavier TVs...in earthquake zone...on houseboat!

Added Stability
I purchased this to replace the annoying legs on our TCL Roku TV which I were 1) too low to the stand, and 2) not very stable. This swivel was not all that challenging to assemble and is way more sturdy and stable than the original legs … plus it swivels. It added enough additional height to make the TV much easier to view.

Better Than Advertised
Amazingly, I found everything advertised in the product features to be true! The swivel is not really apparent when doing the first 2 steps of assembly, but once the frame is attached - the really smooth and expansive swivel comes to life. 1) fast, easy assembly 2) Concise, clear documentation (missing any reference to the swivel, but you don't need any, there's no extra step for it ) 3) ALL tools, bolts, spacers, etc. you need ARE included 4) Beyond the 4 height settings of the stand, for most TVs you can also maximize the vertical alignment of the bracket holes to the bolt holes on your TV. 5) It's incredibly sturdy and stable. I tried to rock it forward or back with the TV on it and couldn't. 6) 6 really thick rubber pads cushion the bottom, protecting your furniture or any surface. 7) The cable catchers are nice and hide your TV chords (see photo uploaded) 8) Very good quality of ALL the components - this stand will LAST. I searched online and compared several options, this one won on features. Can't believe the low price I paid, a truly great value and good quality..

55 in LG 4k TV
Works for my 55 inch LG 4k UHD TV. Vesa 300x300. I looked in many Universal TV stands, but this one is the real deal, at a great deal. First off, the set up is supremely easy, and tools included. Second, once easily set up, it looks great and swivels as it says. My only complaint is; a set of 4 screws which were suppose to be similar had 3 matching and 1 that was very different, which i couldnt use. Still didnt stop me from safely completing the set up.

Before you assemble, look over the instructions carefully. It helps a lot!
Great tv stand. Would not change anything. Only took a little while to assemble, and all the hardware was there and it all fit. Very sturdy, and swivels nicely as advertised. We have a 50” Vizio mounted on it, no wobble, no chance of tipping. We are totally satisfied with this product!

Let’s Swivel!
Ordered it yesterday, got it today...that’s what I love about Amazon! Took about 30 minutes to unbox, sort things out, review the directions, assemble it and attach it to my tv. No problems encountered, everything worked out fine. Fit my 55” TCL TV perfectly. I ordered it chiefly for the stand’s ability to swivel so I can easily adjust the tv screen to view wherever I sit in my living room. All the components and hardware were present, well packaged and labeled for easy identification. Rudimentary tools were included that are necessary for assembly which is great if you don’t have your own crescent wrench, Phillips head screwdriver and Allen wrench. The tv stand is solidly made and looks attractive. The swivel action is smooth and there are enough options for height adjustment to satisfy most. I am very pleased with my choice and recommend this swivel tv stand to people looking for good quality at a very reasonable price...beats the heck out of the “chicken claw” stand that was original to this TCL tv. IMHO it is a good value for the price. Nuff said.

Samsung is too low for this stand to be useful
Although a very high quality and does exactly as it promised; it is unsuitable for a Samsung 55” tv. At all highest options leaves the TV only a few inches above the tabletop.

so far so good
43" Vizio fits perfectly, lots of height adjustment options. Assembly simple & straightforward, mostly common sense. Drawings work. Forget the verbiage, tho it does mention to properly orient brackets on back of tv once you decipher what the're trying to say. Several different sized screws & spacers that will allow for different tv styles. Also includes wrench & allen wrench/screwdriver that actually fit the hardware. One screw not machined properly, wouldn't thread, used one from garage inventory. Small spacers still too deep, so I used a couple of 1/4" flat washers. It's sturdy, fairly heavy, stylish, so much better than chicken feet. Swivels smoothly and seems to stay put, tho my place is pretty quiet. The "hooks" with lock screw design holding tv to brackets seems pretty cheesy, but they all seem to be like that. I also have tv mounted low, to keep center of gravity low as possible. Very happy with it so far.

Great TV Stand
I needed a little height for my 37" TV so I could stretch out and see over the sofa's arm. I have it at the highest position. This TV stand came with all the parts clearly marked and with extra hardware (spacers, screws) to accommodate different TVs. There were actually written directions- not just pictures so assembly was a breeze! The illustrations in the directions were very clear. The instructions were written by someone who obviously cared about the product and who wants customers to be able to assemble it easily. It was apparent that English is the person's second language but I haven't seen such good product assembly instructions in a long time. The stand is sturdy, swivels easily, hides the cords well, and seems of good quality materials. I recommend it.
