Great pillow!

I bought this pillow for my husband who recently had shoulder surgery. He hasn't been able to get comfortable enough to sleep and has had the added bonus of severe neck pain. The first night he used this pillow, he slept straight through and woke up feeling the best he had in weeks. When I asked what he thought, he said the pillow is an "absolute godsend" (and he never says stuff like that!) Its also great for lumbar support. My daughter, who is 8 months pregnant, tried it for her back - now she wants one for herself and one for her husband. I highly recommend this product!

Sweet relief

Love this. I often sleep in my trusty recliner, but needed good neck support. This little beauty fits the bill. Haven't had a crick in my neck for the two weeks I've been using. May not sound that impressive, but my nickname had become Quasimodo. No longer. Yeehaw! The Kid rides again!

Awesome!

This pillow is awesome! It's super soft and squishy not like the other typical pillows. It molds to any shape needed which is nice if you're sitting window seat and want to rest your head against the wall. It really molds to you neck. Good stuff for long flights.

GREAT for road trips, or just watching movies on the sofa.

We go on a lot of road trips as a family. I would venture to say we're on the road for 8+hours at least once or twice per month. Typically my husband drives and I take a much needed mom nap. The captains chairs in our Ford Transit don't really allow for a comfortable neck position, despite being able to lie the seat pretty far back. Then comes this pillow! YAY! It's super customizable, like it flexes and holds position and just really moves in any direction you need to get comfortable. We like it so much we sometimes just use it on the sofa watching movies. I like that you can snap the ends together and it takes up less space for put away. It fits in both my overhead compartment and my glovebox! I would absolutely recommend this to a friend. Without a doubt!

Comfortable and soft - pain free sleep!

I bought this because I have been having neck pain when I wake up in the morning. I sleep using a foam wedge to keep me upright, and it's great if I'm just on my back, but I am a side sleeper, and a wedge + side-sleeping = neck pain! I originally came on Amazon to buy one of those C-shaped pillows, but I saw this and liked that I could twist the shape into what I needed. I've used it for two nights now and have had a great night's sleep without any pain in the morning. Definitely worth it for me to buy. Covering is soft, and while you can feel the moveable "rod" that goes through it as you bend it, you don't feel it when you're resting on it.

Comfortable, even with a short neck!

Most travel neck pillows make me feel completely overwhelmed, and this is especially great for those with shorter necks. It gives you control and once you get the positioning that you prefer, it is really comfortable and provides the right support in the right places. Also, (and this was a selling point in the beginning,) having used this on several long-haul flights, I loved that after each trip, I could easily unzip the cover and throw it in the wash.

More amazing than I thought it would be -- my achey neck is very happy

Amazing! I work at a stressful desk job and my neck and shoulders are toast by the end of the day. When I get settled in on the sofa, first thing I grab is my Dot&Dot Twist Memory Foam Neck Pillow. The pillow supports my tired neck like no other, especially on a couch. Feels like your head is being supported by big friendly cloud. After wearing it for a little while, the support is almost like wearing a medical neck brace and my neck stops hurting; even helps my after-work headaches.. I tried using it in bed (side sleeper) but haven't found the "sweet spot" yet, like I have on the sofa or futon so I just keep it there. Also, I am very pleasantly surprised at 1) quality -- super soft material and the memory foam filling is heavenly on my neck. Looks to be very well-made and doesn't look cheap at all. Think department store quality. 2) features -- the "bendable" feature is awesome. I didn't realize it had that feature until the first time I used it (doh!) and it is super handy to position it in just the right spot. It also has snaps at the end which I use ALL the time. Once I position it, I can snap it shut and it stays in place. There really isn't anything I don't like. If the material had been scratchy or cheap looking, I would not have loved it as much as I do. If you run cold, you will be happy as it makes your neck warm. A pillow like this one is a must if you have neck issues.

Supports my neck

I like this pillow: I saw reviews about being able to feel the bar down the middle of it and was concerned that it would be a problem for me, but it's not. Yes, I can feel the bar, but for me it's not an issue. I use the pillow as a neck support while I'm laying flat on my back. The memory foam is soft so as to not force my neck in an awkward position, but it's still firm enough to provide support. I also have used it as a "horse collar" by clipping it in the front, while I sit and watch TV. Again, it's supportive but also doesn't interfere (and doesn't smell too bad, although there is a slight smell to it) and doesn't choke or anything. I have not used it on an airplane as a pillow that I can bend into place to hold my head up or anything--I'm not sure the bar down the middle is strong enough to hold in place for a heavy head, but it may just be enough to keep one's head from flopping around.

Perfect for stabilizing neck while reading in bed/ cats like it

EDIT:: Buying another one because my cat has laid claim to the first one...when the pillow is curved she sleeps behind it like she would in her round bed...funny!! I bought this pillow to support my neck while reading in bed when laying on my side. It keeps my neck stable and prevents my shoulder from hitching up to reach my ear. Highly recommend

Not your normal neck pillow

My house uses travel pillows and support pillows a lot simply for extra comfort while sitting and relaxing, sleeping, working, or driving, so I thought this would be a good product to try. While it may not be as compact as others due to the interior base that holds its shape, you can rest assured that it really does hold it's shape as intended. The memory foam makes the pillow comfortable, and you can really click the pillow into whatever shape you want, within reason. There is even a snap fastener if you use it the standard way around the neck. My daughter, specifically, has issues with neck pain when she falls asleep in her car seat, and this product is great for placing it under her neck without compromising the safety of her in her car seat. The cover is easy to remove to wash unlike many others, and the cover itself is a really soft cotton that makes it extra comfortable. I would buy this product again.
