A Great Deal

We recognized a great deal on an awesome coffee maker. We bought this one to replace another brand that never quite worked right. We have used our Keurig K400 Coffee Maker more times in the short time we've had it than we used the old one in the years we had it. Works as advertised and we're very pleased.

Beautiful, sleek and modern

I am absolutely ecstatic about this Keurig. I have owned several but this one tops them all. The design is simply beautiful. The lines are smooth and modern. The water tank lights up at night creating a stunning night light. You would never know that it was refurbished Oh, makes great coffee too! My only wish is that the water pump was a little quieter (not a deal breaker by any means).

Wish had more stuff with it.

Easy to use. But I thought it would come with owners manual and the filter system. Didn't know it was refurbished, but looks & works great.

Who needs expensive coffee machine when coffee, tea or hot chocolate are right there.

As a gift for someone else, they appreciate the fine options and the brews that are made. Just a general question but why isn't the filter parts included? I got what I need now. With hard water we use filtered water and the machine additional filter does give a extra flavor at the thought, for mine anyway. The gift is the same model.

Never to old to learn a good lesson.

As a Keurig owner for years now this was my first time buying a refurbished unit and for me it was a great purchase as far as the money goes it came well packed but with no info booklet or warranty card which was a little discouraging coming from both Keurig and Amazon and without the water filter housing, after speaking with Keurig customer service I was informed since it was a refurbished unit the housing was sold separately well how convenient is that a whole $8.95 cents piece isn't worth the hassle of a fuss but with some customers it could cost both Amazon and Keurig a customer for a measly few bucks, just something to think about in the future or if it were disclosed to customers prior to ordering. It was a lesson learned for me today so I wanted to share with all my coffee, tea, capo drinker's.

Beautiful. Has all the bells and whistles. User friendly touch screen. No instructions but none needed if you just follow touch screen. Could not be happier with this purchase!

Fast Delivery

I had the exact same Keurig and my daughter broke it and I was broken hearted because when it is only myself at home that is all that I need instead of making and wasting a full pot of coffee. Item arrived fast and in excellent condition. Was the first of my deliveries that I opened and washed and started using immediately.

So far, so good

I know, I shouldn't write a review without living with it for more than a few days. And normally I wouldn't. But this was so clean and shiny when I took it out of the box you'd never know it was reconditioned! (Unlike some reviewers, I was aware this was a reconditioned product.) They did a pretty good job packaging it, too. All the tank and lid pieces that could come off when you take it out of the box had a little tape on them. I found one tiny blemish--and I was looking--but the way it sits on our counter you'll never see it. And if you're not familiar with Keurig products, this is one of the models with all the bells and whistles: big reservoir, 5 cup sizes, auto on/off option, clock, temperature settings, etc. I hope the touch screen holds up ok, but so far, I'm thrilled.

I highly recommend

I was looking for a replacement for my k200 that was damaged by a power surge. The new Keurigs do not use the carafe, which is why I purchased this refurbished unit. I love it! It does exactly what my old Keurig did and the color is amazing. I especially love the temperature control on this unit... my coffee is no longer too hot to drink immediately after brewing.

Best Keurig yet!

Was happy to find this model because the newer models dont look as n8ce ir provide such a large water reserve. My wife loves it.
