Works as expected

strangely enough, for the first 2 days, when the battery life were near to 60% the tablet had a shutdown. I fully charged the battery, after shutdown it, and now is working perfectly with a battery life up to 5 days without use.

Bad start but now OK

The local shop wanted $90 for their battery plus install charge. This one arrived in 3 days and was easy to install with the included tools- they made getting the case off easy. The old battery would not hold a charge more than 3 hours. I did install the battery wrong by not making one of the connections solid so the tablet wouldn't turn on. The tablet would make a dull beep every 8 seconds and the charge light would come on for 2 seconds, then repeat this sequence. I repeated this, alternating installing the old battery with the new battery three times. For unknown reason I put the old battery back in three times correctly and the new one incorrectly three times. After doing this I wrote a bad review- one star. Just before going to bed I tried the new battery one more time and it worked. The tablet came on and the charge symbol showed 50% charge. Charged it to 100% which stayed overnight. I'm very happy with the new battery and tools. Don't know which connection I was hooking up wrong but glad all's well now.

GREAT VALUE AND EASY TO INSTALL

Needed to replace the battery in my Samsung tablet and was apprehensive about doing it myself. But, having it done cost more than I could justify spending on a 5+ year old device. So I watched a You tube video, ordered the replacement battery with tool kit and went to work. The tablet works great and so far it holds a charge just like when it was new.

Works properly

I liked that I was able to plug the battery in very easily. It came with the included tools and I only needed to use two of them. The battery lasts far longer than the old one.
