Good easy to install game camera

We recently moved out of town and into a more secluded and wooded area. My toddler loves watching all of the wildlife when it wanders thru sonwe purchased this trail came to show her all of the wildlife. The camera is easy to install and to retrieve the memory card (it doesn’t come with one so you will need to purchase one for this camera). It has nice day and night picture quality. We’re happy with the camera and my daughter was delighted when we showed her what it recorded.

Great camera

Bought this trail camera for my son, he like to see what is in the hill near our home.it is very easy to set up this HD ,waterproof camera,it has super fast trigger speed to ensure each detected movement is captured quickly and accurately.I use 8 Furacell lithium AA battery and that last for a long time,it takes great night/day photos and vedios,it is also very well made.for just $60,this camera is a great value,highly recommend

Great value, long video options

This camera is a great value. It's basically a go-pro-type camera with sensors and IR lights in a waterproof case. I gave it to my dad, a trail cam aficionado, along with more expensive cameras, as an option for places he's afraid to leave the nicer ones. He said his favorite thing about this one, that many other trail cams lack, is that it can take up to 10 minute videos. That's great for some uses. He likes to set them up near fox dens and watch the kits play, and most other cameras only do very short videos. This will be great for that. It's pretty easy to set up, takes decent photos/video, and comes with two mounting options: a bracket and a strap.

Quality Camera, especially for the price.

I have purchased a lot of game cameras in my life and so far this is one of my favorite, especially for the price! There is a lot to like about this camera! This includes: 1. Ease of use. 2. A small screen to view photos on. 3. Picture quality is great for the price. 4. Multiple motion sensors that are especially good detecting motion and taking photos that are to the sides of the camera. A few things that I don't like. 1. It uses a micro SD card, unlike most other cameras. 2. A general lack of options. 3. It is easy to accidentally switch from picture to video mode.

LOVE the added security

The camera arrived well packaged. I had trouble setting it up so I handed it over to my son and it took him less than 5 minutes to finish and have it ready for us to test. It takes clear, sharp pictures. Is sensitive to animals & people. I feel more secure having the camera mounted on the side of the house pointed at my vehicles. Battery life has been excellent so far. The only issue was with the lens. The lens scratch easily, so leave the film on the camera while you're setting it up. Other than that, I absolutely love my new camera and bought my son and daughter-in-law one also. I'll probably buy another for the other side of the house. Mounting hardware was easy to add too. I LOVE THE CAMERA!!! EDIT: In the package are instructions for redeeming a free gift. I followed the steps to request the 4 in 1 OTG Card Reader for BOTH ORDERS. The support@campak.cc as listed on the instruction sheet is NOT correct. The email to the company failed. I really didn't expect a free gift. I think it's just an incentive to purchase the camera.

great for documenting activity on your property

Screen grabs from videos: first two are groundhogs in daylight/sunlight, so you can see definition and sharpness. Third photo is of rabbits at dawn, around 5:30 am, so low light but not nighttime. Fourth photo is around 1 in the morning, (raccoon close-up); good definition but the depth of visual field is quite limited in total darkness (no street lamps, security lights, etc nearby). If I set up a motion sensitive light in the area, I would probably have better depth of field in videos overnight. The camera is easy to set up, even for someone who hates setting up gadgets and trying to understand instructions. Takes a lot of AA batteries but we bought the store-brand generic variety and have had the camera on the "on" mode constantly for several months (it only records when there is activity, though) and battery life is still showing over 85% (camera indicates this, which is handy). The data (photos and videos) is stored on a tiny card similar to the ones in some cell phones. You push it into a slot at the base of the camera, and to remove, you push against it slightly and it pops outward, so you can grab it. The card was purchased separately. The camera itself comes with a sturdy strap that threads through the backside of the camera so you can cinch it tight around a tree or fence post, for example. You also have the option of mounting it in a permanent location. We like to move it around occasionally. We originally bought it due to concerns of trespassing on our property but have documented no further evidence of that; perhaps the sight of the camera itself was a deterrent. Meanwhile, however, we have had a lot of fun checking the card once a week for videos of animals at different times on our property: groundhogs, rabbits, raccoons, coyote. You can easily delete / erase data from the card and clear it while it is in the camera, through the settings. I have not played around with the settings a lot (ie resolution, etc), but it appears there are many options available. I am pleased with the purchase and have had no problems or issues with the camera's workability so far!

Awesome buy!

This camera comes with such great qualities that I can't wait to watch these guys fight over it during our white Christmas Lol It's camo, has 1080p HD and night vision and its small for perfect placement And can we mention that it's waterproof and has a solar power option you can add for longer power life,huge plus! It takes 8 lithium batteries which gives about 10m ths battery life. It has a great durable feel.

Good trailcam need to buy and SD card 1st

First trail camera and tried it out in our patio and while I didn't get the date/time set correctly in the attached photo without too much trouble got it up and working and caught the neighbors cat hanging out with a opossum.
