Great Screen Protector

I previously used this protector on the series 3 and it was great. Installation wasn’t too bad, fit was good, and protection was great. I was letting someone squeeze by me on the sidewalk one day and my arm and the watch grazed the wall next to me leaving a big white paint scratch across the screen. I figured I would just replace the protector but I found after washing it with some soap and water, the protector was still flawless while my screen was still protected. I was a little disappointed that this pack only came with two whereas the other came with 5 or 6 but I’m grateful that it at least came with more than 1 unlike some of the more expensive protectors. Installation was again pretty easy. Spray your finger and the protector and place it on your device. Then hold it in the correct position and use the squeegee to get out the soapy water while keeping it in place. After you are done you can try to press and hold down the sides but you may have to wait for it to dry a little more or use hot air on a hair dryer to speed up the process. Once it is dry enough you can hold the sides down to make it stick and you’re usually done. The fit is even better than series 3 for me and swiping doesn’t feel too rubbery or tacky although this isn’t glass so the feel won’t be quite the same. The protector is clear although there is a bit of an orange peel effect at certain angles. If it really degraded my screen then I wouldn’t bother but it is honestly barely noticeable for me. For the price this is hard not to recommend. It fits, it’s clear, it protects, and at a fraction of the cost of some other protectors that only give you one with poorer installations.

I'm going to be honest: I cannot understand the negative reviews for these screen protectors. I have been using them since 2016 (when I purchased an Apple Watch 1 38mm and Apple Watch 2 Nike 42mm). Back then, these were the highest-recommended screen protectors. I stressed about putting the protectors onto our watches, but the installation video was so good, my fears were removed. My concern became greater about finding a place in my home that would be sufficiently "dust free" to prevent a speck of dust from landing on the screen during the installation process (because our home tends to be dusty). I haven't found any of my concerns to be warranted. I find these screen protectors to be very easy to install. I have either used too much or too little spray, but the installation has worked well each time. (Too much spray just means working with the screen and edges for a longer time period.) Since then, we have purchased 3 more Apple Watches over the past two years. I have used these protectors for each one. We are very happy with them. With a new Apple Watch Nike 44mm watch for Christmas this year, I wouldn't consider any other screen protector. I love these and am very happy with ArmorSuit. My wife believes that the 42mm screens work better than the 38mm screens as some of the 38mm protectors on her watch have "come loose." I'm not so sure, but if so, I would be to blame as the installer. One concession I will make is that if the watch face is "banged" on a wall or other surface, there is a risk of seeing a "white streak." To me, that is better than what would happen to my actual watch face. Where I should invoke the lifetime warranty (but haven't), I usually apply a new screen protector if the streak becomes inconvenient or bothersome. But I don't consider this to be any reason to trash this product. The price is more than reasonable, the product is good, and it protects my Apple Watch screens.

I Recommend for the series 4

Very interesting application but it was easy enough with the instructions. It is nice, thin, and flexible so can’t really notice it’s on. I can 100% see this protecting my device from scratches. I had the 3rd series and it got so scratched I wanted to try this out to protect my 4. It fits perfectly. I recommend it. I was very iffy because it had no reviews but it looked and sounded more official then the other screen protectors claiming the 3 and 4 are the same size and using old products. I can see this is made for the series 4 edge to edge

Better than any 'Glass': trick is to hold it down with both hands for 10 min!

Day 1: so far so good - take a look at the pictures - no bubbles, no scratches, edged attached perfectly and you can't really tell that there's a film protecting the screen. THE TRICK IS: after you removed all moisture and have aligned the film properly, put the watch (remove the band first) inside one palm right in the middle and cover with other palm and press and hold it down for at least 10 min. it is shown on the instructional video but they didn't emphasize on the importance of this past stage - it will allow all the edge glue perfectly around the curved edges of the screen. hope you find it helpful. good luck!

Great for series 4 !!

I’m impressed with this protector. I would strongly encourage watching the instruction video (link provided in box) prior to trying to do this on your own. I can barely tell it’s on the screen. The cool thing is they somehow developed a way that the screen adheres to the natural curve of the watch (I have the series 4). Def worth the price!!

I found Waldo

Trying to find a decent screen protector for my new Apple Watch has literally been like trying to find Waldo. Before I purchased this one, I bought two others from a well known company from Best Buy. One for 15$ which ended up being terrible and the corners didn't stay down, which I later returned for the 40$ glass protector. The glass protector however ruined the touch sensitivity of the watch and made it virtually useless, so I returned that too. I then turned to Amazon, but it seemed like a lot of the "best sellers" and "Amazon top pic" ones were actually garbage with fake 5 star reviews(shouldn't Amazon not let this happen?). Thankfully looking at the reviews of these I spotted the few real 1 star reviews saying to stay away. After what felt like hours, maybe days, I somehow landed on this one, and figured for the 3$ it costed what is there to loose? I was so pleasantly surprised. Typically as the watch sits on your wrist all day, dropping it isn't as big of a concern to me as much as bumping it into something is. You can be careful all you want, it doesn't take much to rub against something walking by, and this screen protector is perfect cheap insurance for that. Install its extremely easy and painless, especially compared to the glass protector I tried earlier. Amazingly, it doesn't make the screen feel "sticky" or "rubbery" and actually feels quite the same as without it, and touch sensitivity is perfect. It fits like a glove on the watch even on the curved parts of the screen which seems like the biggest challenge for non curved screen protectors. If you just happened to invest in a new Apple Watch like me, and just want that peace of mind, save yourself some time and frustration and just buy this, you won't regret it.

Summary: Best watch screen protector I ever used. I ordered this before it went prime so was a bit cheaper but also took a good 10 days to receive, but I hadn't received my watch yet so worked out. I installed as soon as I got my series 4 watch so screen underneath was flawless. Installation is a bit more difficult in some ways than other screen protectors but being a wet method also allows you to screw up and restart without ruining the protector. Results though where flawless, even edges are covered. Basically installation is the same as installing window tint on your car windows, which is a long proven quality way to install glass coverings. I used a blow dryer on low to speed up drying time for the sides to stick and worked great, patients is key with this install. I let dry over night and came out perfect, all bubbles disappeared. I assumed the self healing was kinda gimmicky but being a gel like covering I sort a see how it works, I got a scuff on the top right corner from banging my watch on a door frame but it did disappear about 8 hours later and days later I can't even see it. It was a minor scuff and I don't think a tempered glass covering would have scuffed at all but was pleasantly surprised anyways. I had used a tempered glass protector on my series 3 and while it did protect the watch face it didn't protect the glass edges like this one and my edges where scratched after a year of use, which definitely hurt the resell value when I sold it. With the series 3 watch I also tried one of those full cover pop on protectors which I still have somewhere but I absolutely hated it, it made swiping on the screen difficult, replying to a text via scribble was impossible. It also made it difficult to used the digital crown and of course made the watch look worse. I didn't even finish the day with that one before it came off. Tried others on my previous 3 series watch and loved the full fit of these instead. Full screen protection along with no edge to feel with my finger. So I looked for them immediately for the 4 series and ordered even without a review yet. It did not disappoint. It covers the whole screen right up to the silver bezel. It's a perfect fit with no edge to feel with my finger. Everything needed to install it perfectly is included: spray solution, rubber squeegee, screen cleaning cloth. It does not hang off the sides as I've seen mentioned. Because this protector bends around the entire edge to fit right up to the bezel, you first apply it to the flat part of the watch screen. At that point the edges of the protector (that will eventually be bent down) do stick up. You then have to wait approximately 10 minutes or so for those edges (and your watch screen) to dry up a bit from being sprayed prior to application. The edges will not stick while they are too wet! Once they are dry enough, they will bend around the edges of the screen and adhere perfectly. It just takes a little patience. If it doesn't stick the first time, wait a few minutes and try again. Once it's just right, it will stick perfectly and protect your entire screen.

Extremely Happy with These!!

Probably like a lot of people, I had concerns about applying these shields and having it turn out well. It took me maybe 5-8 minutes from beginning to end, per watch, and it went on flawlessly. As noted on their site, I let the solution dry out for a bit and then came back and stuck down the edges. Perfection! I definitely recommend having a quick watch of their video first. I followed those steps and then repeated for the 2nd watch while the first dried. Even up close, I can't see where the shields are. They contoured beautifully over the edges and corners. Very, very happy with this product and would order again if needed. Update 1/31/19 Great customer support, very responsive. Also - my watch dropped from my hand as I was adjusting it and feel a few feet right onto Asphalt . . . face first! Absolutely zero damage to my watch face. There was a small scuff mark on the shield, which mostly wiped away and then completely disappeared (as a result of the self-healing I believe). I continue to recommend these to anyone with an Apple Watch!

Great screen protector

Works great with my super case installation was ok. Single bubble didn’t disappear, feels like nothing is on the screen. Installed almost a month now and not disappointed will be purchasing more. When installing make sure the sticky part is on the watch face. Watch the video and follow instructions
