Solid Stereo
Work's great, has many options for sound and display. Fit right into my 08' Nissan Frontier and the buttons match my orange dash lights perfectly.

So far, so good! 2005 GMC Sierra 3500
Very happy so far. I needed a basic head unit with Bluetooth, backup camera input and steering wheel control integration, and this works as expected. I've been using an AVH-4100NEX for the last four years in my car and it's been great, so I knew Pioneer was a good choice. Edit: I forgot to mention I installed this in a 2005 GMC Sierra 3500 with the Bose system and it fit with no modification or cutting of the dash or supports required.

Excellent DVD head unit!

Great head unit, plays well with modern devices.
There's a special mirrorlink think that peaked my curiousity as an attachment for this, but it only works with a handful of phones and doesn't seem to be forward compatible. Instead I stuck with this head unit, bought an extension cable for the USB, and got everything set up in a day. Be aware, though, that not all Double DINs are equal. I have an Older vehicle which required a custom fabricated bevel to fill in the edges. That's not a problem for since I do prop work all the time, but for a less handy individual you may want to seek out some of the ready made kits here. The unit stereo has all the bells and whistles I need and the bluetooth hands-free works with Siri and OK Google equally. (my wife and I use rival OS's).

Wife loves this thing, I'm impressed too!
I've used this for about 2 weeks, it is installed in my wife's car, this review is based on or compared to the system in my 2013 f-150. Since my wife's car is a few years older, it doesn't have the hands free Bluetooth for her phone, iPod ect, thus I thought I would try this rather than trading off the car for a newer one. This pioneer is hands down three times more user friendly than the sync in my f-150, I'm actually thinking about upgrading the one in my pickup, only a year old, but would definitely be an upgrade. Phone auto syncs every time, and absolutely simple to pair up with the pioneer. If you have music on your I-phone that will automatically pair up and play also. The radio am/fm station presets are simple to program, USB port for whatever device you plug in, makes it simple to operate. Other settings like the EQ, speakers, screen background options, music controls ect are also very user friendly. Most of the controls on screen are large enough to see without a microscope.Voice controls very responsive, microphone works very well, mounted mine behind steering wheel. Cd/Dvd player screen very nice picture, would recommend the microBypass for that, sold separately. The main screen also auto dims when headlights are turned on. There are many other features on this that I don't plan on using, but judging from the ones that I do use, I'm sure they work great also. Compared to the factory Sync installed on my 2013 f-150, which is very glitch prone, this pioneer absolutely blows it away, and consistently works the way it should. The only thing I would change on the pioneer, would be a knob for the volume control, since my wife's car doesn't have steering wheel controls. I would give this a solid 5 star rating.

More than I expected from an expensive stereo.
I have a 2004 4runner Limited V8 with JBL amplified speakers and subwoofer. The factory stereo did not have bluetooth. I wanted an inexpensive stereo with bluetooth connection and a touch screen. I paid a local car stereo shop to install it. Everything works great and fit perfectly. The sound quality is much better with this stereo. There's no need to upgrade my speakers. My setup bought off Amazon. Pioneer AVH-210EX in-Dash 2-DIN... SCOSCHE TA2079B 2003 to 2009 PAC RP4.2-TY11 Radiopro4 Ty11 Vehicle Backup Camera, Esky Rear APPS2Car Parking Brake Bypass

Can’t Say Anything Negative
I'm kinda at a loss on this one. We’re all trying to get a double din without spending the $400-$1000 that we keep seeing. This is not a lottery winner for the $1000 unit but for a top brand it’s quite fantastic. This unit does EVERYTHING that the best units do 95% of the time. PLUS, I’ve had Lexus, Ford, and Garbage Chevy and Bluetooth ability this blows them away. So for a simple, high reliability unit, this more then does the job.
