The instructions were a bit confusing. The software is even more confusing. But spend an hour or so playing around with it and you'll figure it out. There are kinks in the software you need to discover, but once you get it working it's great. I engraved a leather wallet and leather book, some pieces of wood, and some painted metal. It did everything I needed it to. Everyone who is giving bad reviews... IT'S $160!!! Are you expecting it to work like a $10,000 machine? It works incredible for its price range.

Works great.

Works great. Used to Engrave lettering on aluminum. Used with F-engrave and candle gcode sender. Took a little while to learn, no instruction for use of machine.

Nice hobby machine

This is a nice hobby machine, it surprised me in its cutting power.

Good Product for the price.

Set up and operation was simple and the results were great. I do wish there was an option to save settings and position for duplicate runs, but for the price Its been great!

Easy to set up and use. Great quality engravings.

Used this to engrave on the back of wood projects and it was both simple and easy to add text and images. Easy to align and adjust depth. Will wait to see how long the head lasts.

The CNC router assembled well and connected easily. I'm glad I got this one with injection molded plastic parts versus 3D printed ones. I'm pleased with this motherboard as well.
