I used it on my boyfriend. My greatparents used these from glass with fire use , which is way more complicated and a lot of work to get the results using the ones I purchased. I love them. Easy to use and very good for your body.

Easy to use

This cupping set is very easy to use. It come with instructions and It showed you several ways of cup placement. The storage case is also very nice. It’s important to have some sort of oil before placing cups. My family is a gym type of family and cupping is a good way to help with several types of pain.

Just as good as the professional sets!

This set is awesome. We do cupping in my office and we use a very expensive set, so I was hesitant to buy this since it seemed too reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised. It works great! Really helps my upper back tightness.

It actually works 😱😱😱

This is so cool! I got whiplash when I was 16 years old (13 years ago) when I flipped my car off of a bluff. Since then I have just kind of gotten used to always having some level of pain. More often than not, chiropractors actually make it worse. I’ve never done acupuncture before. The idea of needles is straight cringey for me. A friend recommended that I give cupping a try. I didn’t search too hard and chose the first set that looked quality. When it arrived, I opened the box and panicked. It looked so complicated. Guess what. Totally not. My 7 year old used it on me within 10 minutes... guess what else, IT HELPED!!! I’m buying another set as a gift for my best friend who has recently had a baby. I love this product!

As good as professional

I have done cupping a few times and love how it feels after... but i hated paying upwards of 100 bucks everytime which stopped me from doing this very frequently. I tried these once and they worked out pretty well. So even if you use them once and discard like professionals do, there are enough for you to have three to four treatments with one purchase making it very cost effective. If you plan to resuse, i cant speak of durability as yet or if the gun that creates the vaccum will last very long.

Good quality product, great price!

Great set! The cups come in a nice box/case for neat storage. My husband is a massage therapist who regularly uses cups in his practice. I bought this set to keep at home, so I didn't have to go into his office every time I wanted cupping! He was very impressed with this set and even more impressed with the price point. The cups come in a good variety of sizes, he said it's everything you need to get started with cupping. Good quality product for a great price!

Great set for home use

I"m half Chinese so cupping therapy was something I grew up with. We had to go somewhere to get it done, but eventually my mother bought a set but it was very expensive. This set is reasonably priced for home use. It has been nice to have my own set so I don't havento wait until I visit my mother to have it done. I've only used glass ones in the past so I wasn't sure how the plastic cups would work. I found that it didn't make a difference and worked the same. The set comes with multiple size cups that allow you to use it on various parts of your body. It is simple to use and does a great job speeding up the recovery process for sore muscles.

I love this product! My back feels amazing after using. Kinda bummed that one of the metal pieces inside got turned sideways. I want to be able to fix it.

Back Pain Relief

This cupping set has been worth every penny to help start to relieve my back pain. I’m thinking of buying more sets for family members as well. You do need assistance with putting the cups on your back but it’s very easy to do. The set comes with a manual to explain different areas to cup for relief or you can search online as well. The box is very well organized, helps to keep the cups and instruments in one place, and easy to store in the closet/under the bed/or in a drawer. I have been having some severe muscle pain and stress pain in my back lately, especially my left side. I like to try homeopathic/natural methods of pain relief before moving to medication. While massages and chiropractic treatments help with the pain, it is very costly to go to those treatments as much as I would need them. I started to look in to cupping since I started hear some of the benefits, and I didn’t even know about these at-home treatment sets until I decided to search on Amazon. And I’m so glad I did! Do yourself a favor and research the benefits of cupping and then add this at-home set to your cart.
