Perfect Radio ForA Jeep. Very nice CB perfect size. I set the SWR on a Fire Fly Antenna perfect communications. I cant get over the size fits perfect in center console. Nice added features are filters and nouse blanker with auto squelch. USB charger also. Nice radio. I am a ham radio operator and only bought this for trails. Very cool piece of equipment.

Lots of features in a small package with good build quality

Spent about a month reviewing various CB radios before deciding on this one. The space in my vehicle was/is very limited, so I knew I wanted something small, but it had to have certain features. I'll go over them below one at a time. The thing is only about the size of a pack of smokes or small block of cheese, it is TINY. You can mount this just about anywhere, for which a mounting bracket is included. The speaker on it is very loud. You'd think that because it's so small that the speaker might lack punch, but that's not the case. I've used this thing driving on the highway at speed during a super heavy thunderstorm, and I could crank it loud enough to be heard over that. This thing has two features that I think every CB should have (though some don't): a scan function, and weather radio. Scan is absolutely necessary given that CB isn't super popular anymore, so you pretty much need it to find transmissions. Weather radio is useful for obvious reasons while you're traveling. It even has weather alerts, although they don't seem to work correctly. If I turn them on, it randomly changes me to the weather channel, even if there's no talk of severe stuff. The build quality is great. This thing feels like a brick in your hand. Is made mostly of metal, and you'd have to be extremely careless to break it. The automatic squelch control mostly works, though oftentimes it allows incredibly weak transmissions through that are nothing but static. Overall, I'm very happy with this, and wholeheartedly recommend this thing if you don't want your CB to take up a lot of real estate, but want almost every feature you could ever need. There's tons I didn't touch on here for the sake of brevity.

Fantastic, super compact CB that works great

Great little CB! This is my first CB radio so I'm a rookie here, but from what I can tell this unit is fantastic. I researched CB's for days until I landed upon this one. All the others on the market are wayyy too big for what they are. I didn't want a huge box in my truck taking up unnecessary space. This little thing is the most compact unit I could find on the market, and it works great. Went on a weeklong 4x4 trip with a buddy and our comms worked perfectly the whole time. I'm using it with a 2ft firestik and while my swr readings are very high, the setup still worked great. The speaker is pretty loud for how small it is, and the only time it was tough to hear was when I had the windows down going 70 mph down the highway. Other than that it's perfectly loud. The day this unit fails me, I will order the exact same one.

Small but top cuality

Exelent radio cb will recomend to all Jeep Renegade owners it has scan you just have to hold the middle lcd for like 3 seconds and will start to scan. I’m so glad I got this radio.

Mindconnection LLC Did What They Promised!!

This is my second President Bill— one in each Jeep. I tried to be a traditionalist, but the Cobras and Unidens are bulky or lack features on their smaller models. President Bill has an ingenious way to toggle between channels. The screen is big and bright for a small unit. Auto squelch is great. Just buy it for any vehicle, but most of all for a Jeep Wangler! Very compact easy to use CB with all of the essential features.

This is one of the smallest CB radios on the market and all of the advertised features work. I like it a lot. The audio volume from the internal speaker is is much as can be expected for a unit of this small size. The volume is adequate as long as you are not going highway speeds with the windows down. If you need it to be louder because you like your windows down I would recommend attaching an external speaker that can be plugged into the 3.5 mm jack on the back.

Weather Stations are a great help.

I do a lot of solo trips so having the NOAA weather feature is pretty much the thing i use the most. I live in the Los Angeles area and make a few trips to deserts and mountains. The size is tiny compared to my Uniden 520 which is already small. Some have complained about needing an external speaker. Why? just plug a 3.5 mil line into my head unit.

Excellent CB

Absolutely phenomenal cab radio regardless the size! I’ve used cb radios as long as I’ve been driving, that’s over 30 years. I’ve used lots of different models and brands. I can say this cab is as good as ANY I’ve ever owned! I paired it with the president cb antenna “New York” model. This combination has been awesome. I have talked several miles and I run the radio stock “barefoot”. The weather alert works great, scan works great. Can’t say enough good about it. It’s tiny and is easy to find a mounting spot for, would work great in a small vehicle, UTV, or go box. Great radio, it’s no joke, or toy. It’s a high quality radio!

Great, well built, compact radio with FM weather rx.

Auto squelch works great. Super compact. Doesn’t feel cheap. Great reception and nothing but good comments from out there in radio land. Great for jeeping and 4x4ing. A little expensive when there are cheaper radios that will do the same thing.
