• How To: The hands of the Teachers Choice Demonstration clock move in sync. This means, moving the minute will turn the other hand as well. In addition hands can also be moved by turning the knob on the back of the clock.
  • Large Demonstration Clock: The Teachers Choice Clock is for learning the concept of telling time and demonstration teaching purposes only. This isn't a clock that you would use in your home, office, or business.
  • Dimensions: Clock measures 12 Inches in diameter. Includes stand so it can rest on a desk as well as a wall mounting slot.
  • Teaching Aid: When creating the Teachers Choice Demonstration Clock we wanted it to be the best teaching clock on the market. We made this possible in two ways. Our demonstration clock is one of the largest on the market with vibrant colors and pictures to help teachers and parents keep their young learners engaged. When the minute hand is moved, the hour hand will move seamlessly without lag. In addition, batteries aren't required with this product.
  • Visual Aid: When the hour hand is manually moved, you will see the image underneath the "12" change from Day to Night or Night to Day. Studies have shown young learners retain more information visually.

I use it for my 1st grader! I homeschool & I love it it's a great item "all but the factory defect"! The reason I have 2 stars for "value for money" the hands on the clock are not even so I have to try & make it look like it's supposed to. Maybe have to take it apart to see if I can fix it somehow???????🙁

my son had ordered it for his grandson, because kids dont know how to tell time anymore, since the advent of digital watches. thanks

Awsome awsome tool to learn and toy to play with. My son has special needs and absolutely loves this toy. He learned to tell time by the hour still working on the minutes and enjoys learning using this clock. Great think about it it needs no battery and it's pretty darn durable

My 9 year old was having trouble with telling time. He and his six year old brother are experts after 20 minutes with these clocks. You do have to be gentle with the hour hand. The minute hand moves in a very realistic way and by spinning it, the hour hand moves along with it. It is well marked and perfect for small hands to move when you tell them to make the clock say a specific time. Really helping us master this skill in our house!

My 6 year old keeps asking about time; “what’s the difference between a.m. and p.m.?”. So I’m hoping she’ll like this learning clock. Yes, we have lots of digital clocks now, but kids should still be taught to read a clock. What if they go to London and cannot read the clock at Big Ben?!!!

I take medication for chronic pain and I would often forget what time I took my last dose, especially on my really bad days. I ordered these so I could take my meds and then set the clock to the time I took them. This is working out really well for me. I keep one on the counter with my pills and the others are placed around the house in the spots I frequent most often. That saves me the trouble of hobbling all the way to my room only to realize I have 2 more hours until I can take another. The little stand piece is a nice addition since they can be placed just about anywhere. It isn't meant to be permanently attached so it kept falling off which I remedied with a little scotch tape. Great for my purpose, but I can see how they would work well for teaching little ones how to tell time the old fashioned way too!

Great for helping my son tell time. The short hand moves with the minute hand as it gets closer to the next hour. This is extremely helpful. Also, the first one broke and they immediately sent a new one right away. Couldn’t have received better customer service.

This is a great clock. I particularly like the level of detail and how it can help someone to remember what things mean. For example, if the big hand is on the "1" we know that it is "5 past" something. But if someone forgot that, they could be reminded by the "5" printed right above the "1." This is why I chose this clock for a friend who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's disease. It was heartbreaking to see him struggle with the numbers on his watch, just not able to recall how things worked. Now he has this clock, and he can practice with it when he starts to forget what something means. The other day, he was thrilled to remember that the big hand on the "3" meant "15 minutes past" something. He re-learned this by putting the big hand of his clock on the "3" and seeing the "15" next to it. I realize that the clock was probably designed for children just learning to tell time, but I think your customers would be interested to know that it has other effective applications as well.

Love this teaching tool. My grandson having a hard time with telling time. Cor coded for minutes helps 5-10-15 etc. Corresponds with 1,2,3 . He is finally making progress!

This demonstration clock made teaching analog clocks a breeze. I especially like the wheel on the top that shows daylight and nighttime.
