Sturdy, good quality, AND cheap!

Pleasantly surprised. I bought this because I didn't need anything fancy and wasn't overly concerned about quality. I just need a quick shelf for organizing things. I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised! If you need adjustable shelves, do not get this. But I appreciate that each shelf is screwed into place and therefor the entire piece is so much sturdier than similar shelves I've purchased elsewhere at a higher price. Great piece for a great price.

Cheap and extremely simple and effective!

Overall this product is PERFECT for what I needed it for. I bought two of these to use as a book shelf on top of my desk for holding models and paint supplies They were not only the perfect shape and size which is what made me bought them. But overall assembly couldnt of been simple, any easier and id be teaching my dog to do it for me instead! This shelf basically comes in 8 pieces, the shelves, the two sides and the two backing pieces. The shelves are predrilled and just need to be lined up and screwed into place. Super simple, no dealing with annoying fasteners that never seem to hold on properly like Ikea products, and no hassle whatso ever. I assembled two of these in less than a half hour with only a screw driver. Altho I would recommend a small hammer or something for the nailing of the back on. Alternatively a carpenters staple gun would do even better and take half the time away. I 100% plan on buying more of these soon. The only thing I could say is if your planning on having extremely heavy objects (like idk your anvil collection or something I guess) then the wood fiberboard stuff these are made off might not hold up. But I think for even a heavy book collection or something like that, these will do fine in most cases. Just know that your taking that risk yourself. But if like me your only planning on putting average items like books, decorations or whatever up on here then these will work out great.

Good Shelf for Money

At $11 when I purchased these, this is a fantastic bookshelf for the money. Came with all the screws and nails necessary for assembly, plus extra. The directions were well written, and easy to follow, so each bookshelf(I purchased 2) only took about 20 minutes to assemble. Once assembled, each bookshelf looked great. The quality control on the boards was great as well, as none of my pieces had any chips or scratches in the from being manufactured. The only thing to take into consideration before buying, is each shelf is only rated to hold 20lbs, So if all your books or items exceed that weight, it could break. Otherwise, it is perfect for paperback books.

Carful when opening

I bought this small bookcase cause I needed a bedside table, I've already bought two different products from this seller before about a year ago and they are holding up amazingly. So I tock a chance and ordered this and I'm so glad I did because it's fantastic for storing my movies while also being my bedside table. I did see other reviews saying there wood or hardware was messed up and that was not the case for me everything was in top condition the only problem that I came across was the hardware being lose in the box, so do be careful opening it but none of it was missing. It was super easy to put together and it took me no time at all, I'm not a handy person and I was alone but it was so easy a kid could do it.

Great little shelf!

I bought this shelf to help me organize my books for school. It does that and more for me. It's now my catch-all for just about everything! I needed a shelf to put my textbooks on because they were taking over my study area. I needed it to be a smaller size and be at a price I could afford as a full time college student. This shelf was my answer! Putting it together was easy and took us less than an hour. The shelves were thinner than I was expecting. So far they've held up well to the amount of books I've kept on them. I'm a nursing student and I have a LOT of books and papers that I need close by for studying and completing my weekly patient reports. I've used this shelf for months now and have no complaints! If anything changes I will update my review.

There is more than one way to skin a pig!

I received my shelves today and excitedly put them together. Let me preface this by saying, I have a beautiful entertainment center that I was afraid I would have to give away because my new home was just not large enough for it and many furniture items I had. Especially CD/DVD tracking and the like. So, as I tried and tried to come up with ways not to give up my entertainment center, a light bulb went off: Find shelving to put in the space where the big TV used to go. I couldn't use the center traditionally because of where the fireplace is situated and now hung the TV, I figured that I would try shelving in that empty space. Works fabulously!! I put my DVDs there and some misc trinkets and found a way to keep my entertainment center!

As expected.

Assembly was about an hour for me, alone. Female, 100lbs. Instructions were decently comprehensive. Seems sturdy been up for a month, full of books.
