I use this for all my electronics gear in my entertainment center, Direct TV, Modem/Router, Desktop Router Switch, PS4, Bluray Player, One Connect Box for my Samsung 4K UHD TV, Samsung Soundbar and Sub Woofer and my Amazon Echo Plus. It has already saved all my equipment during a windstorm when there were brown outs and surges! Great itemZaza well worth the money!

The surge protector strip is just what I needed. Fits nicely behind furniture and handles the furniture I have plugged into it. I would recommend this one to whoever needs a surge protector power strip.

Everything about this power strip was as expected. We attached one under each side of our bed to plug in items on our nightstands. even the green status light provided a kind of nightlight that wasn't intrusive. The only difficulty was the screw pattern for mounting the strip. I had to make my own template in order to get all four screws in the correct position to fit the keyhole slots in the back of the strip. A provided template seems like a good idea along with the recommended screw type and size.

The unit looks and feels high quality and the spacing on the plugs is nice. The plug end isn’t an angled one that fits tight to the wall but it’s not a bad thing,

We have had this surge protector for a few weeks now. A computer is connected to it. We have had several thunderstorms during that time, one of which had close lightning strikes. Although there was no damage to any electronics in the house from that strike, that computer was actually powered on during the storm, and there was not damage to it. As a side note, I like the clear LED visible as it makes it easy to determine that the surge protector is still working and has not sacrificed itself to protect the equipment plugged into it.

I was recently looking to purchase an additional Monster Digital PowerCenter MDP 700 power strip but was disappointed to learn that they were discontinued by the company. My search for something reliable led me across the Echogear 12 Outlet Power Strip Surge Protector and I am just as pleased with it as I am with the widely known reliable Monster. "Installation" involves nothing more than just plugging the unit into a wall socket. There is plenty of room for a variety of plug sizes, so plugging in something with a power adapter such as a video game system or charger is easy. While this unit is not color coded as the Monster was, there is plenty of room on the upper face to attach your own labels or write on with paint markers to more easily identify what is plugged into where. There is also a pleasant green glow on both sides when plugged in to let you know that the protection is active and grounded, and it also helps with seeing the adapter itself when it is in a dark area. I have not yet had the chance to test it against any major surges from lightening storms yet but as the heading says, so far, so good. UPDATE - So I've endured my first big surge during a storm and everything held up just fine. The protector did it's job and is still protecting. Good stuff.

I use this to hide my cords behind my wall-mounted TV. It's low profile enough to plug in the TV, Apple TV, PVR and sound bar, and still fit behind the low profile TV mount. It does have a green glow from the LEDs near the on/off switch, but it's only visible at night with the lights off. If it really bugged me, I'd just cover it up with electrical tape. Overall, I'm very happy with this.

Really like the low profile and some the spaced out outlets and the usb has enough power to power our streaming devices and charge our phones too.

A nice surge protector. Enough outlets and protection for my gaming pc, and the USB ports are a bonus. Really like the style and colors, and the nice green light that shows its grounded :D. Great product.

OK. I have one complaint - The all important "green light" which lets you know that this piece is doing its job, is way to bright!!! Is there a way to tone this down? I would think that this unit would be really popular in budget A/V applications due to it's size, price, and capabilities which might mean an install in or near an enclosure/ this thing turns everything around it a really cool, but really distracting neon green - not cool where you are watching a movie in a darkened room. That aside, if this product works as advertised, this is a great addition to your electronics setup(s) - Compact, Excellent aesthetics, Build quality to rival much more expensive competitors offerings, and it is Compact without being impossible to utilize all of its functions. A really nice product that feels like it will do its job and last a long, long time. In other words, a great value?
